During my recent visit with my family, we encountered that thorny 18% service charge yet again, even though tables were scattered around without any restrictions, and we were not a grand VIP gathering by any means. To my surprise, instead of acknowledging the error, the owner chose to react with threats and expelled us from the establishment, demanding that we never return. We had a disappointing experience at this place due to the owner’s lack of respect towards customers. Me and friends and family arrived 30 minutes before this placed closed and this woman apparently she is the owner came to us so rude and disrespectful toward us, she asked us to leave in a really bad manner she doesn’t know how to talk to people she didn’t demonstrate basic customer service skills, and her attitude made the visit uncomfortable.While the establishment may have other positive aspects, I can’t recommend it based on my experience with the owner’s behavior. First time visiting and I had an amazing time. The place took a while to get into ambiance but I heard from friends that this is normal. The food was definitely to my liking and I had a great time. Coming around 11 more people started showing up and the dance floor started to look nice. The DJ kept playing awesome music and I had a great time with my friend.
