When I pulled into the drive thru I could hear employees talking thru my intercom. The person in the other lane was placing their order. Once they left, I no longer heard anyone thru my intercom anymore so, I tried getting their attention by saying "hello". I sat there as another vehicle pulled into the other lane and they were immediately greeted. I figured the employee may have made the mistake of pressing the wrong button. While they placed their order a car pulled behind me and one behind the other car in the other lane. Once they finished their order, they pulled thru and the car behind them pulled up and once again, they were immediately greeted. By this time I had enough of being ignored. By it being 11:37, the dining room was closed. I drive around and walked up to the side door and knocked until an employee actually looked at me and came to the door. First of all, the way she looked at me was as if I were an annoyance and she didn't want to hear anything I had to say. Once I explained what happened she tried lying to me saying that the intercom must not be working. I then told her that I heard employees thru my intercom when I pulled into my lane so I knew for a fact that it did work. She rudely stated that she was sorry and she would try to figure it out, closed the door in my face, and proceeded to walk off! We live right down the street from this location and frequently eat here or order food from here anywhere from 3 to 5 times a week. Needless to say, I will NEVER be returning here again. There are too many fast food restaurants around here. I'd rather frequent a spot that actually cares about their customers and...
Read moreAlthough the food was as expected, I was very disappointed in the costumer service. I sat at the order window on an early Friday AM around 8:15am for at least two mins before placing my order before anything was said. When the cashier came to take my order she didn't apologize. She took my order and when I pulled around to the pay window again no one was there, seemed as if they were more busy inside or understaffed so I pulled up to the receiving window. Where I expressed that no one was at the pay window, no apology from the cashier, she seemed over whelmed. I paid with a visa gift card and because I was in such a hurry after receiving my order I didn't realize until later that the cashier never returned with my card or receipt. The next day I went to find my card and it wasn't there. I called the supervisor and explained the entire story and she said her employee that was on the cash register was not on the schedule, that day and there were no cards left in her office. I expressed that this was a gift card and I had no proof other than the receipt from that time with my order, card info and remaining balance and she said she would call me on the following day once the worker was back on schedule. I waited and received no call back, so I called again and again the supervisor in a very irritable voice repeated that she has no cards in her office and the worker says she doesn't remember the transaction LONG story short I am very disappointed with the lack of care from the staff there, and will NEVER return. I lost over $125 that day and...
Read moreMickey D's!! Parents may like them for their convenience, happy meals for the kiddos and of course the playground. For me, they're fast becoming one of my least favorite places to grab a bite to eat. Use to have some of the best fries around. Milk shakes were also good. But as they've grown n expanded it's become about the mighty dollar. Food tastes terrible, its rarely prepared properly even on a sdf special order. Service isn't much better. Lately seems like it takes 10 to 20 minutes just to get a simple order served up. Growing up they were one of the better fast food restaurants. In the present day and age it's not difficult to see why they've slipped down the ladder. And not hard to see why the powers that be at the top are crying about overall profitability. If I owned a fast food joint n served the slop they serve now days, I wouldn't expect customers to keep churning through the doors. I'd also understand and know why my profit margin kept shrinking. I'd be embarrassed to call their hamburgers hamburgers. I'd close my doors before putting that type of product out to the...
