Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

First off the food here is incredible. I was so excited to see this place open as I'm a night owl which leads to limited food options. We were there end of opening day around 11:30-Midnight and that crew handled it like a champ.

We loved it so much we decided to go back again the next day. We pulled up a little past 11 and patiently wait as other cars pull through. We reach the mic and hear nothing. I used to work in fast food so I understand the struggle to immediately take orders especially when busy so we were fine with waiting. However after sitting there for over 5 minutes with no word from the mic we started hearing yelling. At first we thought it was a customer or someone nearby but soon a worker comes around the corner yelling. They just repeated "We're closed! We're closed!" In the most condescending tone. Then when people are rightfully confused cause the hours posted say 24 hours she yells, "6am to 10pm! We open again at 6am!" Again in an incredibly condescending and rude tone almost like we should've known even though, again, everything says 24 hours.

I'm sure there was some kind of reasoning to close early but there are so many different ways to handle that that doesn't make the customers feel like crap for wanting food. To have us sit there so long just to walk out and yell at us like we are the most annoying people in the world is insane. Again, I worked in fast food for years, I understand the struggle of dealing with ungrateful customers, hard shifts, rushes that never seem to end etc. But a simple "Im so sorry, we're closed." Or a "Sorry we had to close early." Would have been FINE.

Makes me hesitant to go back at night in case another worker walks around the corner...

First time ever here. This place is a joke!! Do Not Go here!! The girl taking our order didn’t have an answer for anything. No she didn’t just start!! No one knew what goes on the hamburgers. Talked with the manager and he said NOTHING!!! Not a sorry, not a let me remake that, not even a coupon or my money back!! NOTHING. 9 people behind the counter joking and playing around. Manager said NOTHING!! I asked if the burgers were fresh? He said they make the burger and hold them for 40min before they are discarded. If I didn’t have ketchup on it , I would t have been able to swallow it. Manager said NOTHING!! No one here cares about the food or takes pride in what they are serving…. Totally managers fault for allowing this. The soda machine didn’t work. Coke was out, Dr.P was running out of syrup. I would eat at McD before I would eat here & I haven’t ate there I 6 years. The owner needs to get rid of all of them and start fresh. Dave’s Hot Chicken doesn’t have staff like this because they take pride in what they are serving to...

I don't usually leave reviews but the restaurant is trash. They need to close the doors and hire people with customer service because their staff is so rude. I didn't get the cup that comes with their meal for Halloween so I called them and was told on the phone that they would save me one and I could pick it up the next day as I don't live in Jeff. I go the next day to get the cup to be told they was out of them. Then I was asked to pull out of the drive thru for the manager to come to me car and tell me somebody was bringing him chips and it would only be 5 mins. The 5 mins turned in to 30 mins so I pulled back through the drive threw to ask about it cause they didn't want to answer the phone. I got ignored by the girl running the drive thru. Then another worker came to the windows to tell me it was going to be even longer. Mind you I wanted over an hour for a cup that I paid for and still didn't even get it. This place won't be open longer their workers are rude and disrespectful. I will not be wasting my money on this...
