It was so watery milk consistency, way too much milk, not enough of the icecream you can barely taste any Oreo. It literally was a slight bit thicker than water consistency. Basically, It was just milk. The customer service is even worse because I informed the young man and the owner who was a female about how dissatisfying the milkshake was. I literally took 2 sips of this $7 milkshake. She said pay for another one and we can remake it. This was literally THE WORST milkshake I’ve ever had! Like how do you mess up a milkshake? Read moreA few things: The store layout feels confusing. I wasn’t sure where the menu was and wasn’t clear where the ice cream was. It’s overpriced. One simple waffle cone with two scoops was $6 - compared to other local ice cream shops, this doesn’t bode well. The ice cream is touted as homemade and while it is tasty-ish, there’s nothing special that justifies the homemade status or the price.
The good news is that there didn’t seem to be a card minimum. However, only MasterCard and Visa are accepted (sorry friends who were trying to score points with AMEX or Discover).
