There was a time where I swore I would never spend $5 on a cup of Starbucks coffee ....I would never be one of those that paid for a Keurig machine and filled up my desk with K-Cups. Dunkin Donuts was always there. Well that time has come and passed. The quality of the coffee at Dunkin Donuts in Jersey City and Bayonne has gone down so far that I would only find myself there should have be in desperate need of bottled water and fighting to stay awake. And the donuts are a travisty surpassed by everyone from quick check to shop rite to Krispy creme. It may be the Dunkin Donuts is paired up with Baskin-Robbins ice cream and somehow think that vending freezing ice cream and hot coffee 3 feet from each other is a good idea. Or it may simply be the people at once proud owners have sold them to people who could care less about the consumer ,and only wish to sell coffee as fast and profitable as possible. Whatever the reason the outcome is a shining example of why they are losing business so rapidly. The once packed stores are near ghost towns sans the tumbleweeds. I have been terribly disappointed in my Final three trips. So Dunkin Donuts is now removed from my list of coffee shops I shall not...
Read moreI ordered from uber and the young lady called me and asked if I wanted to be refunded because they didn’t have cinnamon bagels I said no it’s okay give me a plain and asked if the rest of my order was okay she said yes. Just for my order to arrive and be wrong bagel not toasted no coffee and just what ever donut they wanted to put not what I ordered. Night shift has horrible and careless customer service and when I called the young lady was rude and said I gave u cream cheese u have to refund from the app and when I tried to explain it wasn’t letting me she hung up rudely. In the first place she offered a refund. I get it, you hate your job but atleast give good customer service. I will make sure to never order from this location again I know they could care less but seriously hope the owner of that specific Dunkin realizing their employees could care less for customer...
Read moreI Go to this DD about 2 to 4 times a week. My daily source of coffee throughout the work week. Service is great, coffee is fresh, and staff are friendly. I had an occasion where my coffee was not made correctly as it said on the cup. I didn't check and by the time I did I was already on my way. Upset over it I called the location to see if I can return or have the Coffee replaced. I spoke with Pete and explained my problem/ issue. I was surprised and over taken by The hospitality given by him. I did not expect anything of the phone call just a possibility of replacing or fixing my coffee. But, in return was a free coffee. Now this review is not because of the free coffee. This review was due to the service provided and how Pete went out his way to satisfy a customer/ customers.
