Discovering a new pizza joint can be a gamble, but stepping into Pizza Twist was instantly captivated by its charm and flavor. Despite being a newcomer on the scene, this place has already won me over with its irresistible pizzas and inviting atmosphere.
Nestled in 10 provost st, Pizza Twist exudes an air of excitement and anticipation. As a self-proclaimed pizza aficionado, I couldn't resist the urge to sample their offerings, and boy, was I in for a treat.
The folks here clearly mastered the art of pizza-making. Each pie is crafted with precision and passion, showcasing a perfect harmony of flavors and textures. It's evident that they've put a lot of thought and care into their menu, offering a diverse range of options to suit every palate.
But what truly sets it apart is its warm and welcoming ambiance. The staff exude a sense of familiarity and hospitality that instantly puts you at ease. It's clear that they're passionate about what they do, and their enthusiasm is contagious.
In addition to their mouthwatering pizzas, they also offer a tempting selection of sides and desserts. From crispy garlic breadsticks to indulgent tiramisu, every bite is a testament to their commitment to quality and flavor.
Overall, I can't help but feel a sense of excitement every time I step through the doors. While they may be new to the scene, they've already captured my heart with their delicious food and friendly service. I have no doubt that they'll soon become a beloved staple in the [Location] dining scene, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for this...
Read moreMy review is solely around the service we received, the food won’t be the best you’ve ever had but is decent.
Went in to place an order for takeout for 2 small pizzas and 2 wings and I don’t mind a wait for food if it’s properly communicated but our frustration lies with the girl at the counter taking orders. We waited about 20 min and decided to check in with her to ask how much longer to which she gave us an exact estimate of 7 additional minutes which we were fine with. We understand they’re new and just started out so we waited another 15 min before asking again for an updated estimate to which she told us 5 more minutes. 45 min since placing the order goes by so we check in again and she said 2 more minutes. We had to wait about an hour before we even got our food and she said it’s not her fault the food is taking so long and she is correct, it’s not her fault but not once did she come to communicate to us that there was a delay and the estimates she provided each time we asked were clearly incorrect and that’s where I feel service truly failed. Not to mention, all our food was cold by the time we received it so not sure why it took so long? Both the box and the paper bag when handed to us were warm at best, definitely not hot. I just don’t understand why it’s so difficult to just be honest and properly communicate if there are going...
Read moreHere is my honest review of this new pizza place:
Atmosphere: They opened last week, and I went to check it out. My first impression was that the place looked very cheap and low-end, with an interior resembling that of a third-world country and harsh fluorescent lighting. It didn't seem like a place where anyone would enjoy eating inside. It felt like McDonald's used Temu to open their chain. (no offense)
Service: I asked for their top two pizza recommendations and was advised to try the Tikka and Bombay pizzas, with a 10-15 minute wait time. After 15 minutes, I was told it would be 3 more minutes, repeatedly, and ended up waiting for 50 minutes. One of the pizzas had a mismatched slice, as if someone had eaten a slice and replaced it with another piece.
Food: The taste of the pizza was just okay, probably inferior to Papa John's or Pizza Hut. However, it's nice to have Indian-style pizza available nearby for those times when I'm really craving it.
Overall: It felt like a big waste of a prime spot. I don't expect this place to ever get crowded like the Chinese restaurant next door or the nearby bubble tea places. I also don't see a good reason for people to come back after their first visit. Also, I don't see myself ever going again based on my...
