I survived the night thank goodness, I didn’t think I was going to make it at one point. I also don’t leave 1 star reviews ever, but this one called for a warning to others. Walked in with hope. Service? Friendly, attentive, the kind of thing that buys you a little patience. But patience only goes so far. I ordered a Detroit style pizza, dressed up with some Indian flair. What I got wasn’t pizza, it was a bread bowl drowning in grease, piled with raw vegetables as if someone panicked at the salad bar and decided to dump it on top. The crust had that uncanny chain store chew, Domino’s déjà vu. Honestly, wouldn’t surprise me if it came off the same truck. This could have landed in the “meh, three stars, at least they tried” category. But then came the kicker; the all night symphony in the bathroom, courtesy of my so called dinner. That turns a shrug into a scowl, a passable experiment into a cautionary tale. Pizza Twist, you’ve got the name. But in Jersey City, where good food is never more than a few blocks away what you served was an insult to both Detroit and Delhi. One star. Because the bathroom walls don’t lie. This was a $25 dollar ride I wasn’t ready to take.

Ordered medium spicy paneer tikka pizza large pizza for my birthday. First they should mention the inches with the size of the pie. They say large is for 3-4 people but it’s barely enough for 3. Second the pizza was just purely bland - it was bread base with cheese, veggies and plain paneer cubes. There was no sauce on the slices; even the paneer cubes were not marinated so no idea where was “tikka” part of the description in the pizza. Was super excited to try this fusion alas it was a huge let down and will never go back. The tikka pizza at Tony boloney is far more flavorful than this one. It’s sad that within their first week of opening they are serving this level of pizza. Giving two stars only because it was loaded with veggies which is good but they can do so much better with the taste.

Went to this place on a Friday at 8:30pm & ordered four simple dishes - pani puri, chaap, & two goli-soda drinks. We had to wait 45 mins to get the drinks which did not look or taste a like (see pics). Received the Soya chaap after ~1 hr & it was burnt & tasteless. We couldn’t even cut the chaap with a fork, it was that dry & hard. The pani puri was good. They take endless online orders (mostly appeared to be pizza) & prioritize them over dine-in customers. Almost everyone dining in had to wait for 45-60mins to receive their order. Very disappointed. The server/cashier was kind though and apologized, but don’t think he was at fault. It’s just a mis-managed place with a high-focus on online orders. Order ahead to avoid wait, or instead just order delivery.

Discovering a new pizza joint can be a gamble, but stepping into Pizza Twist was instantly captivated by its charm and flavor. Despite being a newcomer on the scene, this place has already won me over with its irresistible pizzas and inviting atmosphere.

Nestled in 10 provost st, Pizza Twist exudes an air of excitement and anticipation. As a self-proclaimed pizza aficionado, I couldn't resist the urge to sample their offerings, and boy, was I in for a treat.

The folks here clearly mastered the art of pizza-making. Each pie is crafted with precision and passion, showcasing a perfect harmony of flavors and textures. It's evident that they've put a lot of thought and care into their menu, offering a diverse range of options to suit every palate.

But what truly sets it apart is its warm and welcoming ambiance. The staff exude a sense of familiarity and hospitality that instantly puts you at ease. It's clear that they're passionate about what they do, and their enthusiasm is contagious.

In addition to their mouthwatering pizzas, they also offer a tempting selection of sides and desserts. From crispy garlic breadsticks to indulgent tiramisu, every bite is a testament to their commitment to quality and flavor.

Overall, I can't help but feel a sense of excitement every time I step through the doors. While they may be new to the scene, they've already captured my heart with their delicious food and friendly service. I have no doubt that they'll soon become a beloved staple in the [Location] dining scene, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for this...

My review is solely around the service we received, the food won’t be the best you’ve ever had but is decent.

Went in to place an order for takeout for 2 small pizzas and 2 wings and I don’t mind a wait for food if it’s properly communicated but our frustration lies with the girl at the counter taking orders. We waited about 20 min and decided to check in with her to ask how much longer to which she gave us an exact estimate of 7 additional minutes which we were fine with. We understand they’re new and just started out so we waited another 15 min before asking again for an updated estimate to which she told us 5 more minutes. 45 min since placing the order goes by so we check in again and she said 2 more minutes. We had to wait about an hour before we even got our food and she said it’s not her fault the food is taking so long and she is correct, it’s not her fault but not once did she come to communicate to us that there was a delay and the estimates she provided each time we asked were clearly incorrect and that’s where I feel service truly failed. Not to mention, all our food was cold by the time we received it so not sure why it took so long? Both the box and the paper bag when handed to us were warm at best, definitely not hot. I just don’t understand why it’s so difficult to just be honest and properly communicate if there are going...

Here is my honest review of this new pizza place:

Atmosphere: They opened last week, and I went to check it out. My first impression was that the place looked very cheap and low-end, with an interior resembling that of a third-world country and harsh fluorescent lighting. It didn't seem like a place where anyone would enjoy eating inside. It felt like McDonald's used Temu to open their chain. (no offense)

Service: I asked for their top two pizza recommendations and was advised to try the Tikka and Bombay pizzas, with a 10-15 minute wait time. After 15 minutes, I was told it would be 3 more minutes, repeatedly, and ended up waiting for 50 minutes. One of the pizzas had a mismatched slice, as if someone had eaten a slice and replaced it with another piece.

Food: The taste of the pizza was just okay, probably inferior to Papa John's or Pizza Hut. However, it's nice to have Indian-style pizza available nearby for those times when I'm really craving it.

Overall: It felt like a big waste of a prime spot. I don't expect this place to ever get crowded like the Chinese restaurant next door or the nearby bubble tea places. I also don't see a good reason for people to come back after their first visit. Also, I don't see myself ever going again based on my...
