I feel like giving even a star is too kind. Have been getting food here since their opening (and before that got samosa chaat when they catered from their home, which WAS good). Since they opened 9/10 times the food is subpar. I like samosa chaat so have only mostly gotten that from them but for a restaurant called Samosa Paradise they should learn how to make samose properly and actually have them available when people try to order them. Having a tablespoon worth of cubed potatoes and undercooked chickpeas is not a proper samosa feeling. Have mentioned to them countless time that the chickpeas in their samosa and the samosa chaat are undercooked (like over the course of 2yrs) and EVERYTIME it’s, “oh, so sorry”, yet no changes, like EVER. Majority of the time have gotten samosa chaat, chapli kabab, and their naans, because the rest of the menu is terrible and tastes like anything but what it should be and anytime you go in half of the menu isn’t even available to order. Additionally, there is no time management as they will tell you 20-30mins yet when you arrive for the order even at 30mins, you are looking at waiting another 30mins standing in the restaurant waiting for the order. The workers have absolutely no concept of customer service. For instance, after waiting forever, you’ll always get, just 2 mins, from the lady in the front. You could be there for half an hour and anytime you ask her, oh only 2 mins. One time I was at the place for over half an hour for 1 naan ! And there were no other customers waiting. It is such a shame, for years now my family and I have loved wanting to support this restaurant, probably should have long stopped, but feels so nice to support a family, local, and fellow Pakistani business. However, it’s like they do not want their customers to be happy & satisfied because they do not change. I see in the reviews as well, automated response and no sign of genuinely trying to address their mistakes or make the effort to provide quality of service and food for those customers. What’s sad, is people driving hours to spend their good money and be aggravated on so many accounts.

My order today was so bad, that for the first time I finally called in to tell them and say it like it was, in hopes they understand how badly it’s been getting. They also incorrectly charged and packed 3 samosa chaats when we only ordered 1, which was fine, it’s a mistake it happens and they can just be eaten, except the samosas were all soggy and barely any yogurt & chutneys on top, even though they insisted they were made fresh. If they were fresh the filling inside would be warm instead of cold (we are only 5mins from the restaurant for reference) and the samosa crust completely soggy like it had been sitting out for a while. The samosa was also stale so I cannot imagine how it was fresh and made piping hot at the time of pickup. All the chick in the front had to say was, oh ma’am, so sorry. It was so insincere. After I explained again that it was inedible she still continued with oh, so sorry. At this point I said you know what the chapli kabab and naan are good, but go ahead and refund me for the rest of this inedible food, talk to the uncle and management (who were in the kitchen as by her account) and because 1. I know she’s going to move like the slowest tortoise in the world and 2. Because she was not even offering that she go right then to address the issue while I was on the phone with her, I told her to give me a call back shortly. It’s been over an hour and she still hasn’t gotten back. Save your tastebuds, your money (they overcharge or will pull prices out of thin air for their already over charged food), and your patience. There are so many other amazing Pakistani restaurants to...

First time I wrote my review about them not having food and giving them a second chance today after they asked me to remove my review. I agreed and removed my review. Today, I went and placed my order because their phone wasn't working when I called several times, but the girl insisted it's only me and one other family who can't get through when we call. I asked for a kebab roll to which she agreed but said they make it on tortilla wrap. I asked if she would substitute that tortilla for a naan and charge me for the naan and the kebab and make it a kebab roll. She returned from the back and said, no, we don't do that. I asked, again if she understood me correctly because they have kebabs and naan, so why can't they just put it together? She goes, you asked me three times now and we can't accommodate anything special. At this point, I couldn't even comprehend her speaking so rudely to me, telling me if I want anything, it's on the menu and they can't accommodate anything off the menu. Kausar, you have no customer service skills “0” and telling me you can give me a kabab and naan and to make the kabab roll at home. Why are you open and called a restaurant?. I don't recommend this restaurant and I will not be returning to them because of their customer service and half the time they don't have the food. Save your money and go somewhere else where you are valued as a customer.

Reply to the owner- First of all, i never came to your restaurant last time because when i called and gave you the order you called back and said you ran out of food! So please stop being dishonest! Secondly, I wasn’t rude or bossy which i should have as a paying customer for the disrespectful behavior of the girl behind the counter. I am glad your actually showing your true colors by replying so everyone can see what i had dealt with.

Third reply to the owner- I guess you realized fairly quickly of your first reply to my review and removed it and came back with a response that a business owner should have replied as in the first place. No, i will not e-mail you because there is nothing to discuss damage is done on how you replied telling me to fix my “attitude”. You probably get away with treating our people like this so you thought you would actually do the same to me but unfortunately it wasn’t going to sit well with me as a...

Update 05/31/2025

0/5 – Absolutely Horrible Experience**

Some things never change—and unfortunately, Samosa Paradise remains consistently terrible.

One samosa is \$3.75 and comes with one green and one red chutney. Fair enough.

They offer a deal: 3 samosas for \$10. So I ordered 9 samosas, expecting fair treatment and enough chutney for 9 people.

What did I get? A ridiculous argument and only 5 green and 5 red sauces. When I politely asked for separate sauces for each samosa, I was told I’d have to pay **\

2 PER SAUCE—an outrageous \\

10 *just for sauce. ON TOP of my \$35 order with tax.

That’s not just bad service—that’s consumer fraud. Absolutely no logic, no courtesy, and clearly no concern for customer satisfaction.

I’m filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and alerting other consumer protection agencies. This place should be held accountable for its shady, greedy practices.

Do yourself a favor—go anywhere else.

The samosa is good, but recently, they have started burning samosa and scamming customers by charging $9 for 3 samosa and give 1 small container of sauce. If you ask them to give 3 sauce for 3 samosas, they charge $1 for a tiny container. I thought when you were charging me $9 for 3 samosa that have become smaller in size, the sauces come with it. Every single place gives the excuse of "inflation", customers didn't cause it. Rather than cutting costs, else where they start charging for little things. What's next charging to carry out samosas in my hand? Or charging to walk in the door? Bad attitudes in my book get 1 star. No matter how good the food is, it...

I came across this restaurant from Instagram and wanted to give it a little try even though I really want to try the Pakistani breakfast. I’ll have to wait till I come with a friend so I just wanted to have something simple; Got the famous Samosa, one potato one chicken keema. Very nicely filled and the chicken keema one was really the highlight. Got 3 different sweets and I think price was a little higher than the other shops but small prob was after 2 days there was mold growing on top of the khiya gulab jamun. I buy these sweets and it usually last me a week in the fridge so I don’t know what happened here, but that was my only issue. I should have checked the sweets before I left, but anyway, I will still return to try some of the other items. Returned for chaat and this is what I got. Presentation was like soup. Girl can’t even explain the difference of the 3 chaat.

The restaurant stands up to its name, the best samosa I had in the states, pretty much reminded me of samosa I used to eat in India. Highly affordable even when everything is getting expensive. I ordered Samosa Chaat: delicious made of 3 samosas with sweet and spicy chutney and chickpeas tomato onion mix, and serves more than one person(coming from a heavy eater), cheap for $8 Chapli Kabab: good portion to share as a side, good mix of spices in the mixture Jalebi: freshly made jalebi, a lb for $8, that’s a steal Samosa: Also bought 3 for $5 Samosa, a good takeout to have it afterwards to replenish the cravings. Good spice mixed potato filling. Sweet lassi: a good drink to soothe along with tasty food The only thing to keep in mind is the dishes takes long time to be prepared, suggestion would be ordering in advance as it takes about half an hour for them to be prepared.
