As my old review is invisible now, I have to write a new one. I updated the screenshot ZELLE payment record from my bank account to prove that I used this business. I went to this place with my friend; TOTALLY price was $100, I paid $130, including tips.

Based on my old review, the owner thought I was not their customer, and I just wrote the review for a prank; both of us need to be honest. As a customer, I have my right to give you a 1-star review, DO NOT QUIBBLE!

I want everyone to know what happened to my hair. This lousy hair makes me depressed. I do not understand why it is difficult for that women hairstylist to do a regular haircut for me.

OMG the bad reviews were real. I didn’t see that bad reviews until I got my hair done. And didn’t realize that could be my problem My bad… but THEY REALLY DON’T KNOW HOW TO DO LAYER HAIR CUT.. my hair is unbalanced now…I had to tell the lady how to fix my hair but I gave up telling her while getting a haircut because I felt like my hair could be really messed up… also I don’t know what hair products they used but my hair really got damaged after dyeing hair. My hair breaks off so easily now when I brush my hair…..I want to cry haha….. the staffs were nice though… but I don’t think I want...

Today was my 3rd appointment for a haircut and balayage . Everyone is accommodating and helpful. Scheduling is easy and the longest I’ve ever had to wait was probably less than 5 minutes. Tim is my favorite! I don’t know much about hair but he explains his whole thought process and makes sure you’re making informed decisions. He’s very dedicated to his work. Despite me having very dark, long and thick hair, each layer was painted with patience and precision from beginning to end. He does not cut corners. That makes it worth...
