Great concept and love this self-serve option when we miss Flushing food courts. I especially like the tomato soup base, free rice on demand, and the sauce mixing station. Water cups are by the door for free water also. My only pet peeve (for sanitary reasons) is that the tongs are laying on top of each other in a tray for everyone to grab…some cheap options I recommend are to have it hanging on a rod like some bakeries, have disposable food safety gloves, or at least install a hand sanitizer on the wall to encourage cleaner hands. I would gladly give them another star if they take any of these suggestions lol.
