TACO DRIVE — Restaurant in Jersey City

More like Taco Drive bye; I will never eat there again and will not only not tell ppl about it but will tell ppl how bad it was. The guy greeted me and then instantly turned around and starting doing something else. I stood there for about 2mins (watching him just restock things) before he took my order. I ordered and then he turned around again and started doing something else. This time, I stood there for 5mins plus and had my hand out holding my bank card. I got tired of waiting and sat down. I was watching videos on my phone while sitting. Another 5 mins and he calls me; I'm thinking wow food ready pretty fast. No, he then told me the amount and to pay. I paid and sat down again. I watch this man then walk over and change the trash bin with his bare hands, just to turn around and grab some chopped meat and throw it on the grill with the same bare hand. I then walked up and asked if that meat on the grill was mine. I told him and the cook that I saw him take out the trash with bare hands then threw meat on the grill. He looked at me crazy, like all a sudden he doesn't understand English. The woman on the grill, (God bless her) then took the meat off the grill and threw it out. Called me up and did the same thing again, had me wait while he refills things as I'm standing there. Got my food (prayed) and left. When I opened the box, my order was wrong. I ordered 2 chicken and 1 steak taco. I got 2 steak and 1 chicken(all dry) and only 1 tortilla for each. Every time and every where I go for tacos, always give 2 tortillas for each taco. Not here I guess. Also $2 for guacamole. If I get sick, I know where it comes from. I will make sure not to eat from anywhere until tomorrow, just in case. Never again! My family and I ate at Taco Drive the night before we were scheduled to fly back home to the West Coast. The next morning both of my kids became violently ill. We almost didn't make it to our flight. My daughter fainted twice. They had to be pushed through the airport on carts as they couldn't walk and vomited multiple times from the hotel to the Uber to the plane. I called Taco Drive once we got home and settled to let them know something they were serving was bad and asked for a phone call back. I've now called three times with no response. I'm assuming the food poisoning came from the sour cream. My son had a container of sour cream given to him on his plate, when he opened it it looked used and empty. When I showed the worker/owner, he made some excuse and brought us another one. They're clearly reusing containers of sour cream from past guests plates that they believe the guest didn't use, disgusting and not ok! I paid $115 for my kids to be poisoned with the worst case of food Poisoning I've ever seen. Never received...

Pathetic food - completely tasteless. Please stay away. Not even worth trying. Messed up our whole order.

Update after the owner's amazing response: Authentic Mexican food - If you are calling this food that you are serve here - authentic then I really think it's high time for you to start eating outside your restaurant. Stop spoiling the taste and name of Mexican cuisine for numerous others. Extra chips: Lol, we did not even get the complete order we paid for. - let alone extra. 2 out of 5 items that we ordered were missing. You definitely need to work on improving the quality of the food and staff rather than making up these stories. Supporting the small business: I think the first thing that you need to learn is to respect your customers and the HONEST reviews. And use this forum to learn what's not working and how you can improve rather than fighting(and copy pasting your Taco Bell cost and quality comment) with every customer that gives you a low rating.
