MORNING SHIFT HAS AN ISSUE WITH RECOOKING HASH BROWNS!!!!!! If someone ask for FRESH FOOD, how hard is it to freaking make a fresh hash brown??????? For you to deep fry food and then recook it for the 3rd time is utterly disgusting!!!! 🤮 The bacon is never fresh either as if it was left from yesterday!! I know they leave the tea over night and the morning tea is RARELY good or fresh! No point of complaints because the owner doesn’t care!! So I suggest, WHEN THEY MESS UP, GET A REFUND!! Don’t wait, don’t let them try to make it right the 2nd time what they could’ve done right the first time, GET A REFUND!
Save yourself headache 🤕 & madness RUN FROM THIS PLACE!! This is the worst McDonald’s in Houston! Nothing is ever consistent!! Management sucks they lazy & keep an attitude. Employees are lazy and nice so slow! Best part, NOBODY SPEAKS SPANISH!!! Why do you have a Spanish speaking cashier at an English business!! Make it make sense! Who ever runs this place outta be ashamed! It just creates chaos! I’d rather this establishment be closed down and we get a golden chick or del taco or something but this McDonald’s sucks! Better off going to the McDonald’s in the walmart across the street! Don’t even use ur energy wit this place! HORRIBLE! If they had a -10 I’d score them that!! It always smells like poop outside! The fries are never fully cooked! The hash browns are spoiled they be having mold on them. The fries as well. But it only makes sense cause the employees are lazy so can u expect them to take proper care of the food? No. We the ppl of the community elect a close down and a new establishment put up.
Sweet tea was pretty good but they took my not fresh hash brown that I touched with my bare hands & dropped it back in the grease!!! Smh 🤦🏾♀️!! If someone says they’ll wait for fresh food, make there food fresh!...
Read moreThis is my first time writing a review. (I don’t want to be a complained person, maybe because I am so hungry) While I am waiting on my order, I try to using their WiFi. When the WiFi connecting, pop out an ab picture in front my screen about “download the app now get a free freb in any size.” Sounds good, So I went ahead download it, then asked the customer service how to use it to exchange a free drink, she told me I have to registered first, okay I fielded my information really quick and when through my email to activated my account. Meanwhile there’s another lady keep calling her away to help someone else which is very understandable, because they were busy. (Around 9:20pm) I got my food, so I standing there trying to figure out myself since I already go this far, which I already regretted shouldn’t start it in the beginning. Then there’s a guy walked in front counter asking if I need help. I explained to him, he put the order in for me then asked me to scan the bar code. I was confused, some lady called him away. There is a another girl came to the counter trying to finish the transaction for me. Ends up, she told me everyday the deals will change, it seems I cannot get anything today. I am kind disappointed, not only I didn’t get the drink also because the whole time I am wasted. It seems like I am the one person standing there trying to get free stuff the whole time. She explained to me the drink has to be buy five get one free. I felt horrible and embarrassed, but no one seems sincerely enough to care how I feel. Anyway I just want to move on from that stupid moment...,BUT when I got home there’s a burger MISSING in the bag. My husband trying to share his burger with me, I don’t want to take his food. He is hungry too. My mood perfectly got ruined. Now I am hungry and angry!!!! I don’t want to drive all the way back just for a burger, but tonight I have to go bed starving. I still leave two stars because I always come to this location, just want to be fair. I understand it just an accident, but when everything happens at the same time, expecially when I am hungry. I've had times where I order a smoothie or Shake such as once when ordering a strawberry shake I got to the window to pick up my food and the lady handed me a vanilla shake and when I asked her what was this, she told me they ran out of strawberry instead of telling me while I was placing the order and try to give it to me and have me leave with it. Other times they don't always give you the correct sauces or they forget items from your food. most recently, the hours are wrong on the website they're actually only open until 11 on all other days except Friday and Saturday when they're 24/7. I got to the drive thru around 10: 35 and was waiting to place the order. While the line is slowly creeping up, one of the workers comes out and puts a cone in the other lanes to mark that they're closed. Of course as we're sitting here waiting watch her go back. By the time I got to the box it was 10:55. The first thing the woman tells me is that they're closed the lady took my order after I went off on her but of course why should I have to. I told her if that was the case instead of having me wait 10 to 15 minutes of my time, when the woman walked outside and was putting up the cone she should have said something to me then otherwise I wouldn't have been sitting in the line. This place has always had all around terrible customer service, and it appears that McDonald's workers are just getting even more terrible as the years go. It's becoming a place I associate with ratchetness and would rather avoid...
