Service absolutely horrible today. I waited at the intercom to order for several minutes and said hello 3 times. NOTHING was said. So I pull up and wait for the two cars in front of me to leave. When I get to the window, the lady ignores me for about 5 minutes. I waited just to see how long she was going to ignore me. When she FINALLY acknowledges my presence, I politely tell her that I never heard her and need to place an order. Even though she was able to take the order of the car behind me. Instead of her taking the order, she argues with me about everything she has to do. I tell her I am not blaming her but just trying to let her know that there might be an issue with the intercom. She continues to argue, so I drove off. Went to Taco Bell next door and placed my order and received it in 5 minutes! I call Popeyes when I get home to complain. Well, what do you know...the MANAGER CHRIS is the one giving me the hard time in the drive through. Hmmmm, imagine that! Read moreThis was my Popeyes but after this day I’m never coming back , first I was one of the first people coming in to buy and my chicken was just not good they added way to much salt on it , the drumsticks were still not cook , also I got my deal they I never did and didn’t realize until I was in the car but I told the manager because I know it was the manager , I told her I want to redeem the deal from the app 24.55 and she looked at me like ok not so happy , she said order from the app and I told her but I have the code for you , she got little mad about it , when I got my food and went back to my car I was wondering why it was $28 , I check and this is what I get she still charge Mac and cheese how can you charge me when the order comes 2 large size why the $1.00 for Mac and cheese ? First the guy taking my order couldn't understand me, even when I was literally screaming, annunciating, and pronouncing every word correctly. Then he kept reading things back to me wrong, and I had to keep correcting him. It almost felt like it was some cruel joke. I finally drive up and when I handed my money to this one girl, she gave me the ugliest look ever. She would roll her eyes and overall had a terrible attitude. Her, the man that took my order, and the other couple people there all had terrible, low-class, and trashy attitudes. At that point I just requested to cancel my order and to give me my money back. The guy kept pushing and asking why I wanted to cancel and why I wanted my money back and if someone made me feel uncomfortable (which obviously everyone there did); to avoid any trouble I just kept telling them I changed my mind. I literally had to tell them that seven times. They finally gave me my money back and I drove the hell out of there.
