Back in July when the store first opened, my husband and I stopped by to explore options.  The kids fell asleep in the car so I tried to go in and just take a quick look.  Trevor immediately greeted me and explained the evaluation process they use to help determine which mattresses may be best.  At that moment I decided to grab my husband and kids from the car so my he could do the evaluation too. Trevor explained the results to us and took us to each of the models to explain the difference.  We were able to lay on the mattresses and they provided disposable sheets.  We must have spent at least an hour in the store but he was extremely patient.  We had somewhere to be so we decided we'd come back another time so as not to make an impulse decision.  He provided us the print outs and thanked us for our time without hassling us to buy right away.  Well that was almost 2 months ago but today we went back and he immediately remembered us and was able to review our previous evaluation and quickly process the order, may have taken 10 minutes max.  I truly appreciate that the evaluation doesn't just spit out a list of high price mattresses.  It ranks them based on your sleep answers and Trevor was also very knowledgeable about sleep positions and the benefits of better sleep.  He also reminded us of their guarantee that if we aren't pleased with the mattress, we have 100 days to exchange it.  They were able to get delivery scheduled for just a few days out and he walked us through the process of what to expect.  Literally the easiest, no pressure mattress purchase I've ever made.  I will definitely shop here again when it's time to replace the...

I went to Mattress Warehouse in Johns Creek to "pre-shop" for a new bed for my elderly mother who was moving to an assisted living community. I was fortunate to be helped by Asia, and she helped me scout out some potential options for my mom ahead of time. The selection they have in store is quite extensive, and I knew there would be no way my mom could handle trying every possible option in the store. Asia was knowledgeable, professional, and kind, and I returned later in the day with both my mother and brother to try out the choices we felt might work best for her needs and budget.

I cannot say enough good things about how Asia helped our family. My mom has severe mobility issues, and Asia was patient and caring; I felt that she treated my mother like her own family while trying to find the best fit for her needs. Ultimately my mom selected a new adjustable bed frame, mattress, and mattress protector. Asia arranged delivery to her new assisted living apartment, and I really appreciate all the time she spent taking care of us.
