Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Johns Creek

What a horrible rip off! As many years as I have loved Bristers this owner must be the cheapest one I’ve encountered! Not only was the Ice cream cone scoops so small, the kids were rude and slammed the door when I didn’t leave a tip. One regular scoop was like the mini scoop. It was laid on top of the cone to look full and fell off when he handed it over. The worse part was he tried to charge me for a replacement. I would have gone off if children had not been around. A botched order again. A week ago, I ordered a banana split that had no bananas. Overlooked. But a repeat, I ordered a chocolate banana shake which is usually done well, was requested made with chocolate ice cream and no chocolate syrup. Even after the request, no joy. AND no bananas. I returned to tell them, they offered to remake it but I declined. I will not go back to this Old Alabama store. It's criminal enough that a shake costs nearly $10 - ditto with the banana split- but then not getting boutique service paying boutique prices. I will go elsewhere or make the thing...

Bruster’s is always delicious! The workers are also nice and friendly. Nobody can say no to an awesome waffle cone with two giant scoops of frigid ice cream. My favorite flavors are Oreo, Graham Central Station, Cookie Craze, Salted Caramel, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Birthday Cake, and Mint Chocolate Chip.
