Today I decided to try this new location rather than going to my usual location. First when I pulled through the drive thru the young ladies kept rushing me and my boyfriend while trying to decide what we wanted. We finally ordered our food and drinks and went home. When we got home everything was messed up. We ordered a hot chocolate, white mocha latte, a blueberry iced Coffee, 2 orders of bagel minis, bacon egg and cheese sandwich with sausage, and the loaded hash browns.The hot chocolate was super thick and had clumps in it. Then the iced coffee was terrible, it had no cream or sugar that I asked for. The food was not that good as well. We ordered 2 bagel minis and they were cold when they’re supposed to be hot, not to mention the sandwich we ordered also wrong and had no sausage. When I realized everything was wrong I called the store to speak with the manager and she assured me that she would fix the order herself and said that there was no excuses for why the order was messed up. I took all the items back up to the store to exchange them with the newly made items. When I got up to the window to receive the new items the manager came to the window personally which I appreciated. She proceeded to give me the new iced coffee to taste to see if it was made better this time and it did. She then proceeded to tell me the young lady made it the exact same way as before, however I know that she did not.Then the hot chocolate was still very thick and nasty. From there it went all down hill.The manager was very nice over the phone but seen how I looked in person and acted completely different. She tried to accuse us of nothing being wrong with our order and acting as if the service that was given was correct. I will never in my life go back to this location. The worse experience I have ever had. And to the manager who is working never tell your customers that they are basically lying. Read moreThe kids that make the coffee never make it right. When you ask for a decaf they give you Caffeinated. Things are not mixed well. The food is not cooked to specification. The manager tries to compensate. Please don't put Southern sauce on it and make it seem like others...The customers are wrong about the order.. Please don't gaslight.. It's extremely rude. These kids do not know how to make coffee. You guys need to go back to the drawing board. The young black girl at the drive through Is extremely fake.. She's always trying to rush people. The last 4 times I've gotten coffee I've asked for decaff regular and I've gotten Caffeinated. At this point, nothing you can say or do will help, you need to fix it. Either they're making the decaffeinated..Too strong and double Brewing the coffe or they are giving the wrong coffee and not reading the label...this can cause major problems. The process for the food is it comes frozen and it needs to be thawed out in the fridge. Not taken directly out of the freezer and then cooking it as such. The products need to cook longer if you don't don't do this then the food is still frozen in the center.. Thus you need to go back to the DrawingBoard. Do test runs and see how long it needs to cook.. That's the drawing board. With the kids Have them show you the process they are doing and have them do it during your rush. Get the kids better or nice to serve and make sure they are giving adequate amounts and that the food is actually kept fresh when given to the customers. Another thing is the pup cups stop charging for him they make the cup smaller. . Charging a dollar for the same amount of cup that you were giving free is ridiculous. And don't charge for the water unless you're going to give an extra large cup of water.. which should be a dollar for an extra large cup of water., or a dollar if you bring your own cup. We know who owns this spot.. it's quite obvious with the cutting of the corners and going cheap with everything... When you actually change things let me know cuz I'd like to go back..you have some great people who work there. It's not the employees as much as it is the owner cuz the owner SETS THE prices and He's being ridiculous. OVER Charging for a pup cup and water.... NOT TO MENTION...
