So it's a Sunday night and I was really craving Chipotle. Yeah I understand nobody wants to be working on a Sunday night but you chose to work at an establishment that is open until 10 pm. My boyfriend and I walk in and realize there was a long line. We considered leaving but usually this Chipotle location is very quick with their customers. Well unfortunately, I was wrong. I just wanted to order 4 burrito bowls and to me that's pretty easy to make. But to the employees, it was a hard task for them to complete. The first employee gets our 4 burrito bowls set up quickly and honestly, i was pleased. Then we stumbled upon an employee that looked way too young to work but also did not care about what he was supposed to do next. None of the employees had any sense of urgency. There seemed to be 6-7 people working and 3 or 4 of them were just standing there doing absolutely nothing. The other 3 employees actually working would stop in the middle of helping a customer to have a conversation with the employees slacking off and drinking soda. One employees was also rude enough to cut the line of customers to fix his own food before helping his fellow employees. The boy who made our burrito bowls had dirty gloves and the customer in front of us asked him to switch his gloves before making his bowl. To the boy, this was such a hassle and did not think to let it go and think of the customer for once. But hey at least the guy that checked us out was nice and told me to have...

This location used to be great to visit during lunch while I am at work. I use to go almost every single day for close to a year, then one day they got a new GM. First off the employees here are so nice, remember my order, and even chit-chat with me all the time when I'm there. This new GM however was RUDE, wouldn't give me any eye contact when speaking to me, and accused me of being incorrect when I tried to explain to him that he was trying to charge me more for my meal then I've ever been charged there or at any other location I've ever been to. I hope corporate takes a look at how bad this store is being run now that he is the GM there. Even if I was in the wrong in the situation the manner in which he chose to handle the issue and the rudeness from him was just unacceptable.
I attached screenshots from my credit card history showing just how much I've spent at Chipotle in the last year, and recent transactions from December showing I've always been charged the same $6.36 for my meal, and he comes in deciding to upcharge me for the exact same meal. Sorry guys, you lost my business and will continue to lose others till your GM can learn how to treat people with respect and learn how to his...
Read moreI’ve debated leaving a review, but I felt inclined to do so. I ordered on the app for 7:40pm pickup, and didn’t receive my food at the time. Finally they had to remake my bowl and then I finally was able to leave a little after 8:00pm. And the order wasn’t even remotely correct!!! I wouldn’t complain if I was at a sit down restaurant, but when you order on the app and plan for 7:40pm and don’t get the food until 8:00pm, it doesn’t make much sense to use it. It’s not just this location either… I’ve noticed this is a major problem at all the chipotles I’ve been too. I get places are understaffed, but if you are understaffed you need to cut hours, don’t allow mobile ordering, don’t do DoorDash or Uber Eats. It seems like Chipotle company wide has really gone down in quality. The restaurant is not clean at all, the counter where they make the food is disgusting, and the wait times are ridiculous. I’ll gladly update my review to 5 stars when I start to receive better service, but this has become a trend with Chipotle that is starting to annoy customers. I mean look at the reviews, most of the reviews are 1-2 star reviews.
Also being understaffed isn’t an excuse you can just use to excuse poor service, there’s other places that are understaffed but aren’t experiencing...
