Lil Kiko's taqueria — Restaurant in Johns Creek

Ordered food from here on my lunch break, ordered tacos, nachos and a side of rice. I never received my rice, called to let them know I did not receive the rice and instead of trying to help me solve the situation they simply denied my order and told me I must have went to another location even though I was calling the number listed on my receipt offer to give them my transaction number so they locate the receipt and they kept refusing I gave up and hung up will never go to this location again. Not to mention my chips were soggy from being drainage in watery cheese sauce Hope the $4 they wasn't willing to accommodate was worth losing...

How does a Mexican restaurant use potato chips for their nachos???? We ordered through Doordash and got what you expect from a taco place in a gas station. They ran out of tortilla chips and instead of running in the gas station next door and buying tortilla chips they used POTATO chips. This is so bad I had to laugh. They forgot all the extras in the order from sour cream and cheese dip to Avocado. I am trying to get a full refund but this place so laughable I don't expect decent customer...

If they try to do things really fast most of the time it will not be made right as I think, today my friends and I bought some Tacos and a Torta Cubana, the tacos were burn the Tortilla to be exactly, The Torta Cubana is not even the 25% of how a real Torta Cubana is made, but te think I don't like the most is how much salt they use on their foods, I can't eat something with that much salt, it is generally on all Kiko's restaurant I've visited, they use a lot of salt on...
