It was very cozy and welcoming on a Saturday night. My server was nice but way too busy as she was waiting tables AND taking very lengthy phone orders. I had to ask the food runner to bring over the wine menu because she never came back with it. My husband badly needed another iced tea. We asked for one, but about 10 minutes or so later I watched her glance at his empty cup as she walked past our table to deliver a soda refill to the table next to us. I politely stopped her and reminded her that he'd been waiting for a refill. She kindly brought it right over. I ordered the Shrimp Parmesean special, the kids got pasta and we also had two pies. We tried the New Yorker and the Pepperoni. We were all underwhelmed. My husband's from NY, as well as partially Italian & Polish so he knows good pizza. The rest of us are avid Antico lovers so we know good pizza as well. We've decided that we'll keep making the drive to get what we know and love as far as pizza goes.

This place is amazing. I moved to this side of 400 about last year June and this is my go to pizza place. Hate they are closed on sundays and they do not deliver. Always packed on Friday nights and Saturday nights when we place our order for pick up. Get sausage on your pizza and you will not regret it!!!! I have done half white pizza with sausage and the other half manhattan meat or tomato basil for the hubs. 5 stars. Friendly staff and love the owners too. :) know me by name now.

So, spaghetti is my absolute favorite dish, so I can be a bit of a stickler, but the meat sauce created at Santino's is nothing to write home about. There was no pizzazz and the meat consistency and taste felt second rate. The gyro isn't 100% lamb; it's mixed with another meat. The atmosphere is nice, but overall, the food is overpriced for the value abs quality.

I called in and ordered a 10pc chicken wing deadly and a medium meatball pizza with jalapeños. First when I went to pick up the pizza and wings I was a little confused about where to pay and then I realized that the register that had a man with his back against the register and women standing talking was where I needed to pay. It took a moment for him to turn around and acknowledge I was there but not long enough for one to complain. He finally turns around and says not hello or anything like that he takes one look at me and says is this for pick up. When I was younger I worked in fast food and different restaurants and we never asked a customer if it was for pick up or to go. We always greeted the customer and asked them was it for here and or if it was to go or for pick up In this case and let them answer then continued with the order. When a customer comes into an establishment to spend their money they would at the very least feel welcome first and for most so that they can be comfortable with spending their funds with whatever the business maybe. I for one felt rushed out the building for whatever the reason was. Second the pizza was horrible I found like pieces of lettuce or something on the pizza under the cheese it tasted like they mixed the jalapeño and black olives up and then put them on the pizza ( I hate black olives and know the taste very well). The wing taste as if they had been sitting under an heated lamp since last night and the warmed them up in the microwave poured sauce on them they were very hard and tasteless then they handed them over to me. I was told that the total was $27.10 and was not given a receipt. I hadn’t had pizza in a long time and was playing any, mini, miny, moe between them and dominos pizza I should have chosen the later. I should’ve chosen Dominos pizza or QT any thing would have been better than what I received this evening. I’m not really a person that do reviews but I had to let it be known about this location the treatment of me as a customer and then the lousy food they served me. I can honestly say I would never go to this establishment again. I ended up just throwing the food away one may think I should have went back and asked for my money back or at the very least had them remake it. I say not gaining a customer is...

I’m not one to usually post reviews, but I felt that I needed to Leave my opinion. I have been coming to this restaurant with my family and children, and they are the most kid friendly and family based restaurant I have ever been to, you can ask the tons of local customers that come into Santinos. I have had many end of season parties and have never once been told they could not accommodate unless they already had other parties reserve the space, which happens very quickly. I also saw the post about possibly being racist? I’m a black man and I have Had nothing but respect from everyone who works there. It’s sad that In today’s world the word racist is used so freely and most that say they “Never” use the term probably use it more then you think. Could there have been miscommunication? Sure, it’s a business and it happens to me from time to time, but that’s the last thing this establishment is. I will continue to spend my money here because the food is great and when you’re from up north it’s hard to find good pizza. I love the staff and the food and will...
