Read moreI called in and ordered a 10pc chicken wing deadly and a medium meatball pizza with jalapeños. First when I went to pick up the pizza and wings I was a little confused about where to pay and then I realized that the register that had a man with his back against the register and women standing talking was where I needed to pay. It took a moment for him to turn around and acknowledge I was there but not long enough for one to complain. He finally turns around and says not hello or anything like that he takes one look at me and says is this for pick up. When I was younger I worked in fast food and different restaurants and we never asked a customer if it was for pick up or to go. We always greeted the customer and asked them was it for here and or if it was to go or for pick up In this case and let them answer then continued with the order. When a customer comes into an establishment to spend their money they would at the very least feel welcome first and for most so that they can be comfortable with spending their funds with whatever the business maybe. I for one felt rushed out the building for whatever the reason was. Second the pizza was horrible I found like pieces of lettuce or something on the pizza under the cheese it tasted like they mixed the jalapeño and black olives up and then put them on the pizza ( I hate black olives and know the taste very well). The wing taste as if they had been sitting under an heated lamp since last night and the warmed them up in the microwave poured sauce on them they were very hard and tasteless then they handed them over to me. I was told that the total was $27.10 and was not given a receipt. I hadn’t had pizza in a long time and was playing any, mini, miny, moe between them and dominos pizza I should have chosen the later. I should’ve chosen Dominos pizza or QT any thing would have been better than what I received this evening. I’m not really a person that do reviews but I had to let it be known about this location the treatment of me as a customer and then the lousy food they served me. I can honestly say I would never go to this establishment again. I ended up just throwing the food away one may think I should have went back and asked for my money back or at the very least had them remake it. I say not gaining a customer is...
Read moreI’m not one to usually post reviews, but I felt that I needed to Leave my opinion. I have been coming to this restaurant with my family and children, and they are the most kid friendly and family based restaurant I have ever been to, you can ask the tons of local customers that come into Santinos. I have had many end of season parties and have never once been told they could not accommodate unless they already had other parties reserve the space, which happens very quickly. I also saw the post about possibly being racist? I’m a black man and I have Had nothing but respect from everyone who works there. It’s sad that In today’s world the word racist is used so freely and most that say they “Never” use the term probably use it more then you think. Could there have been miscommunication? Sure, it’s a business and it happens to me from time to time, but that’s the last thing this establishment is. I will continue to spend my money here because the food is great and when you’re from up north it’s hard to find good pizza. I love the staff and the food and will...
