McDonald's — Restaurant in Johnson City

McDonalds on N. Roan Street. Highly unprofessional and rude! Arrived after an appt to get a biscuit. There was a long drive-thu line so I parked and went in to order before breakfast ended. However, I was attentively stalled from ordering breakfast. I waited at the register (there was no line, just me) for 6 minutes with a young lady passing me 3 times to tell me she’d be with me in a moment. As soon as the menu changed to lunch she approached the register to take my order. After telling what I’d like, she told me that they were no longer serving breakfast. I replied that I’d been waiting for 5 minutes and was there before breakfast ended. She turned to ask someone (guessing a manager) if they could still do a biscuit. She responded that they couldn’t do breakfast - as they continued preparing breakfasts for the drive-thru. I promptly left without ordering anything. Aside: when I left, the person I would have been behind in the drive-thru was still waiting to order so I wouldn’t have been able to get breakfast in the drive-thru either. I WILL NEVER WAIT IN RESERVE PARKNG AGAIN. Unbelievable experience. Waited in the first reserve parking with my kids and dog in the car for almost 20 minutes. our order was just one meal. Finally I went through the drive-through again because I had waited so long. they told me to go to reserve parking again! I obviously said No. They said they came out and I wasn't there because I was back in the drive through. I said, okay so you have my order ready then. They still told me I needed to wait in reserve parking. I asked why I would need to wait if my order was ready? They kept telling me to wait there talking to me like its all my fault for going through the drive through. Mean while, my kids are crying and my dog just threw up in the car. I had to go park, let my dog out. Get my kids out of their car seats and physically go into the store. THEN I CONTINUED TO WAIT! Over 10 minutes before I was finally assisted and given the meal I ordered. Will NEVER EVER wait in reserve parking again! I REFUSE TO. It's 7:18pm as I am writing this and I've been standing here at the front counter trying to pay for the order I placed on the kiosk. After 15 minutes of standing here the manager finally acknowledged me and was rude as hell. He barked orders for me to go place My order at the kiosk when I told him I did he seemed annoyed that he had to come help me and actually take the money for my food I was only getting two drinks so it shouldn't have been that big of an ordeal but apparently it's too hard to be bothered by this particular management. I understand that they're busy but that's not an excuse to be an asshole. I work in fast food I deal with people like this everyday all day even on my busiest days slammed with a restaurant full of people and we only have four employees we still don't have people waiting for 15-20 minutes before we acknowledge them and we definitely don't bark orders to them I will not be returning back and I probably won't be coming back to McDonald's I really don't like McDonald's to begin with but I...
