Cinnabon — Restaurant in Joliet

My daughter and I were waiting outside of cinnabon for a good 5 minutes+ because it was empty and there was no closed sign or “out for lunch” sign we were pariently waiting. After a bit we went back to auntie annes to ask if she (the manager) knew what was up and all she good us was that they were understaffed and she couldnt leave the other girl alone. Which i understood that’s corporate rules but conveniently as we were walking away we saw the auntie annes worker come in so then we came back to cinnabon and the manager went over to Cinnabon and attended us..
