Salsa's Grill — Restaurant in Jonesboro

I think many may forget about Salsa's Grill. We live closer to Kandella and tend to eat there more often. So we've rediscovered this place as well. Haven't eaten there in years till April 2021. Went on a Saturday night @ 7 and was worried because there were only 8 customers in the whole place (it soon began to fill so we must have arrived at the right time 😁). Food is on par with most all similar restaurants in town as far as names, portions, and price. See pic of their Avocado Diet. Same name, look, and taste as Kandella's. My family and I have eaten there at least five times in the last month. Including the evening of Cinco de Mayo! Every time has been a good experience. Food is fast and plentiful. Drinks never go empty for long, if at all. I'm a big boy that likes to eat and tend to get the "Big Burrito" everywhere I go. Their Don Burrito (aka Burrito Oso and Big Burrito at other places) IS HUGE!!! This big boy got three (3) meals out of it! 😊. This place does not have a bar like Kandella's but definitely worth it for the food if that's what you are after. Parking lot is kinda small and will appear to be packed but it just seems that way. I love the quality of salsa’s food. My co workers and I order from here at least once a week through door dash. Tonight we placed a group order and one persons tacos and dip were forgotten, which happens. I get it. We’re very understandable. But when I called the restaurant to ask if it was still there the man and the call went like this: Salsa’s: hello? Me: is this salsas? I had been here few days back. We were seated at a far corner and we're ignored for next 15 minutes. We were too hungry and almost decided to leave when the waiter showed up. We got a fresh batch of nachos with salsa. Nachos were hot and fresh and fun to eat. We ordered Quesadilla Rellena. The food was pretty good. Loved the way the quesadilla was stuffed with chicken and vegetables. The rice was good too with sour cream and lettuce. The portion size was very fulfilling and the food was well priced.
