Last weekend went to the one in chasewood, they were all over the place and didn't know how to handle the orders. Came here today to avoid that and luckily not crowded til I can see why... The three people I saw working had such attitudes. The two in front of the registers didn't even acknowledge the customers as they were busy talking to each other. The guy asked me what I was getting and I said a dozen donuts and then he asked what kind and I asked if they had chocolate creme (since that is what I was sent to get anyhow) and he said no. I asked what the ones on the bottom were as nothing was labeled. He yells to the women talking who ignored him at first and then they came over with an attitude and answered the question. I began ordering and he said "wait. Is that all you're getting? It's 10.99 you pay here and then they will get the donuts for you". I ordered and I was very pleasant and said please and thank you but the girl didn't even acknowledge that I was talking to her. Just handed me the box with a scowl and then went on to the next person. I guess in today's day and pandemic days, whatever it is, customer service is no longer necessary but God forbid anyone is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like the convenience of this location and it has a drive up window. So I don't even have to get out of the car! Also, the young people who work there, have a good attitude, which I really appreciate. That's one thing that I believe generally speaking has dropped over the years... the quality of their customer service. I worked in a DD when I was fresh out of high school, and we prided ourselves for giving great service to our customers! Nowadays, the majority of the locations act as if it's too much to expect to be served with a pleasant attitude at the drive up window. I didn't review the atmosphere because I've never been inside. Currently, there's a monstrosity of a building under construction just South of there. You have to use the US Hwy. 1 entrance to the parking lot. Once the building next door is finished, I'm sure that DD is going to be super busy and selling out of donuts very early in the day! So, you had best get...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThought I'd try DD on my way to work. Wednesday small coffee $1.06 on credit card. Thursday small coffee $1.70 on credit card. Really?? I always, everywhere, have a small coffee. Called multiple times. Message says: "this phone number isn't taking calls at this time." Customer Service isn't open weekends and I'm on the road and working when they are open. Both times I asked for 4 creams. Both times I got 2 creams. 7 minute wait for 1 small coffee. Very rude manager. This place is too much trouble. However: Burger King on Indiantown is fast and gives me 4 creams and 4 sugars, with a napkin and stir stick in a little bag Every time!! And I don't have to park...
