Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kansas City

Wow this place has gone down hill. They never have anyone attending the counter. They call your name, throw your food on the counter, and then walk away before even making sure the patrons have everything. I usually have to wait an extra 3 mins after getting my food to get my drink alone, (not even counting my order being wrong half the time), because when you're standing at the counter, they pretend like they can't see you for as long as possible until someone walks up with a begrudging look in their face as if about to ask you to use the kiosk, not realizing they already handed you your food and something is obviously wrong because they don't stick around long enough to even see your face.

I see senior citizens go in there because they need face to face contact to feel comfortable ordering, end up getting coerced into using the kiosk. I'll watch them take what should be 2 mins to order with assistance at the counter, take 10 even 15 minutes as they push buttons in a state of confusion looking around occasionally.

The doors are randomly locked during advertised business hours, sometimes hours before they close during prime meal times. Do they not realize that they serve many medical workers near by? Who, during a very tight shift, will run across the street because driving out is slower, only to be met with locked doors.

I don't blame the workers though. I blame a company that can't seem to retain enough...

On March 15th about midnight my wife and I after leaving the hospital decided to go to taco Bell and try their new Triple chalupas we had two boxes and the loaded grande burritos which was more burrito than anything there's hardly any needs in anything and my wife ask for no chalupa sauce on the chalupas and they were put in the wrong box she threw up half the night because of it and the management will not fix it we have to have product for them to remake it this was at midnight last night so what happened when customers are always right this place will not make it right the drive-thru ringer upper person was rude and very short I understand that they were going to have an hour left they were probably tired but they did not have to be rude I guess I will just take my business elsewhere I love taco Bell and so does my wife but we will not be going back to...

I come here all the time, but it seems like there has been some management change as up until 6 weeks ago, this place has given me the wrong combination of things on every occasion. Once I asked why there were 7 bean burritos in my bag when I ordered one. The lady at the drive through seemed confused and flustered and upset, opened 3 of the burritos without gloves opened the tortillas to see if i was wrong, then she said I messed up and put one of the unsanitary bean burritos back in my bag and said I could keep the remaining 4??? I asked her which ones she opened so I would throw them away and she could not tell. I threw them all away. Also 4 visits ago I asked for hot sauce and they gave me 7 packs for 10 items I asked for more and the lady in the drive through said she couldn't give more free hot sauce??
