I am very bad at taking pictures of my food. Atrocioisly bad. I will take a couple of bites and then think "darn this would have been good for other people to see". I don't lose sleep or anything over it and generally just enjoy the rest of the food. Take for instance this Pic of a cortado. It looks like some ding dong took a sip before snapping the Pic. Why would they do that? Well? Because it was so pretty I wanted to see if it tasted as good as it looked. Turns out? Yes. Yes it is. It is delicious. As is the coffee. And the breakfast panini was quite delicious. And to top it all off Emily was both extremely professional and kind and clearly took pride in the coffee she was serving. I am not much for coffee usually. But I decided to stop in because I was feeling a little low needed to pick me up. The Man Behind the Counter greeted me warmly, the young lady was very attentive. I asked, what do you think I should get? She suggested a latte. I asked what is the difference between a latte and just a regular iced coffee. She explained to me what the difference was. I said okay how about a vanilla, she asked, do you like caramel also, I said yes, she said well how about a caramel macchiato it has both vanilla and caramel. I said I'll give it a try.
