This review is long overdue. Just another typical wait at drive thru with no communication. This location is notoriously slow. Long wait times sitting at drive thru without someone addressing customer is not acceptable. I have waited a total of 39 mins before getting my food. I have experienced the location being closed when location is 24 hrs. Poor customer service and interaction. Food is usually not hot or made correctly. This evening for example all the lights were on waiting for someone to take order after someone placed an order in front of us. Nothing but dead silence for at least 10 mins. Pull around and wait at window behind the other car still waiting on food. The person who ordered before us still had not received order and this is transpiring when no one was in line or in the restaurant. Business was slow. A teenage male with no uniform on and headphones comes over to drive through window. He acts bizarrely and is surprised to see us at the window. We explain concern that speaker is not working bc was clicking and time waiting with no interaction Bc location is 24 hrs and all lights on indicating open. He was nervous and stated they were closed. When asked what time they close he stumbled and couldn’t tell us what time they closed. He then made up 1130 after looking at the time. He could not give us an answer as to why lights were still on and how location says 24 hrs/7 days a week. No apologies. Meanwhile 2 other people pulled around bc they were waiting for order to be taken. This is consistently an issue with this location and needs to be addressed. Not professional or acceptable. I do not plan on visiting this location in the future which is sad due to area poverty and will go to another one close by. Also, they have consistently been closing the first drive thru lane which holds up line. This location can get very business at certain hours and the lane could be valuable. I believe this location has issues with staffing. Meanwhile, I never see a sign for employment.
this location would benefit in hiring convicted felons who want to work vs entitled teens or young adults who have no responsibilities and/or bills to pay. There are hundreds of local men and women with felonies who would be excited to work for the company. This would greatly impact community by decreasing crime and homelessness....
Read moreI am only leaving 4 stars because the manager did her due diligence to fix the issue. I asked for an Arnold Palmer (half sweet tea and half lemonade). I know that some people dont know what that is so I explained it to the order taker while I was ordering. Once I got to the first window, I asked again to make sure he had got it right and he did. Once I got to the second window, all hell broke loose! I was handed a lemonade and I immediately told the young lady that this isnt what I ordered. I told her it should be half sweet tea and half lemonade. She told me she was new and tried to get assistance from another young lady that was helping her at the window. The second young lady ( MORIAH) was very rude to say the least. At first she told me they couldn’t do that and I told her thats strange because I always get this. She then told me that she was new and that usually they dont do this because it holds up the line. She said that I would need to order a small lemonade and a small tea or come inside to order. She told me that I could speak to her manager to verify that what she’s saying is true. She went to go get the manager and when she came back she asked me to pull forward and the manager would be right out.. I asked for her name and she then asked for my name. When I didnt give it to her she told me that she would get my license plate number. When the manager came out she explained to me that she was new and I told her that just because she is new doesn’t mean she has to have such horrible customer service. I hope that MORIAH is reprimanded for this incident because thats the only way to make someone like that improve their customer...
Read moreIf I could this McDonald’s negative stars I would I’ve only been there 3 times out of the 2 years I’ve lived in this area and had a pleasant experience. The first poor experience a young man was upset that I didn’t ask for honey mustard when I was ordering, and I asked at the window acted like he was going to fight me over it.
These last couple of times the expresso machine has been broken, the ice cream machine is broken, my code wasn’t working and the person that took the order appeared to be manager? You would think she’d at least try to take the 20% off because it could’ve beena systematic error, because how would I have a code to tell you if I’ve already used one. I told the young lady that prepared me the nastiest cup of iced coffee I’ve ever received, she told me “It’s nothing I can do about that” with a smile, then it took them almost 10 minutes to give me 2 sausage biscuits she finally gets there to give that to me I asked for grape and strawberry jelly ( that I requested while ordering but didn’t receive) she said I have to go back and get that I just left because at that point I didn’t trust my anger ! Whoever is doing the hiring is doing a terrible job it’s fast food but if you’re going to provide a service either do it right or don’t do it at all! The one on Broadway is further from my house, but they’re always on point with food and service. I’m sick of it ! I don’t expect perfection but it shouldn’t always be a poor experience! Get it together! It’s one young man that has been consistently nice the times I have had a decent experience. Other than that throw the whole...
