After being on the road for about 12 hours we wanted to just relax and order a pizza like we always do when we go on road trips. So we rented a room at comfort suites(which by the way was amazing) and called in the order to Dominoes which was our first choice. However, there was a 2 hour wait so our next choice was pizza hut at this location, which normally we have never had an issue before, they have always been pretty good other then a few minor discrepancies. The male who answered the phone, very politely took my order, took my credit card number, let us know we would recieve our order in thirty minutes. To our room. Without question we waited. After an hour and a half we called back to see what happened to our order since we had not gotten any knocks at our room door. Upon answering the call to the store it was the same guy who had taken our order. Since he never asked what room we were in we assumed that's why we haven't gotten our order. Instead when we questioned the status on our order, the guy hung up on us. Shocked, we called right back. A female answered, upon questioning her, we were informed that there was no record of our order. It had never been placed. She knew nothing about it. So.. what did he actually do with our order? Why did he take all our information and lead us to believe that he had taken our order? Why would he do this to us. Maybe he wanted to leave being that it was close to closing time?? Maybe he wanted to get our credit card info to possibly fraudulently use our card info to purchase other things. Or maybe to buy drugs and other illegal items in exchange for things he can purchase with our credit card. After all. He was very polite and curtious. That only tells me he is very slick like a snake in the grass with manipulation and deciet. A prowler on the hunt for his next victim. .. We went to bed hungry last night and are back on the road again for another 20 plus hours. Still haven't eaten because we were to exhausted to wake up early enough for the hotels breakfast. Which by the way is always amazing there in the downtown area. Upon checking my credit card for fraudulent use, it appears we may have to report some illegal activity from last night and press charges. My point being, this pizza hut is not at all in line with customer service or in any way business oriented to please anyone but themselves. We will never order from this pizza hut again and encourage anyone reading this review to consider paying cash for their order or more preferably, ordering from some place else. Even if you have to go pick it up yourself. It's worth the hassle when u have experienced this type of deciet from a business such as this where they claim to be punctual and satisfactory. I never received my food! The most frustrating part of this entire experience wasn’t just that my pizza was delivered to the wrong address — it was the blatant disrespect I received from Isaiah when I tried to get it resolved.
After realizing the order had been delivered five houses down from mine, I called the delivery driver, who rushed me off the phone and told me to “call the store for a refund”. When I finally got through to someone at the store, Isaiah got on the phone with attitude and arguments. I guess he thought I was lying. Instead of listening and offering real help, this employee told me they could only issue a store credit. I said fine — I’ll take the credit so I can at least reorder.
He then rushed me again, asked for my number, and said “I put $30 on your account” before HANGING UP IN MY FACE with no confirmation, no explanation, and no respect. I understand y’all busy but you’ve met the wrong one today.
Meanwhile, my app still shows the order as “preparing,” which clearly contributed to the confusion in the first place. My delivery instructions were clear for a reason — to avoid exactly what happened (animals got into the food) — but none of that would have mattered if the order had been delivered to the correct house.
Bottom line: I didn’t get my food, I didn’t get a refund, I didn’t even get a usable credit. But what I did get was disrespected and dismissed.

Read moreThings have really gone downhill since the Shayla hasn't been working there lately, I was told she was in a car wreck and I pray for her speedy recovery especially since the manager that's working there, now this older hateful lady, seems to not care about the people. I seen with my own eyes a multitude of delivery drivers come in and ask her for extras and she gave it to them freely some even got chicken wings on order without paying for them, yet when a hungry homeless man came in the same time and asked for a little bit of help getting fed for that evening he had to leave hungry. And that ain't right. He even told her that he was homeless and her exact words were 'that's not going to help you". It says in the Bible nobody gets mad at a man for stealing a loaf of bread because he is hungry but if he is caught he must pay back seven times which he stole but this man was not trying to steal anything he was just being upfront about his hunger.
