You Wanna Pizza Me? — Restaurant in Kansas City

It's no secret that KC isn't exactly known for having great pizza. Thankfully, You Wanna Pizza Me (which is located in a hidden part of the West Bottoms) offers great thin crust pizza. The closest thing I can compare it to is Neapolitan-style pizza with a twist. You won't find traditional Margherita or Napoli pizza here but they have original toppings and most importantly, they have mastered the crust, which very few KC restaurants have managed to do. The service was very friendly. We will definitely be back. I would love for them to add their version of Napoli pizza (which typically contains anchovies, capers, and olives) as no other KC...

This is easily the best place for vegan pizza in all of KC. This food truck, run by a husband and wife team, has better service, better food, and better prices than any chain. They simply understand how to run a business that sells vegan food very well, and I look forward to seeing more from them in the future.

Really great options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike! I appreciated that they offered delivery and were also available through Dooordash. Each bite had a burnt taste, but the extra cheese and plant pepperoni was great. The pizzas were somewhere in between a regular pizza and thin crust. Would definitely come back to try more, but I’d ask for light...
