Pho Best — Restaurant in Katy

I went to this restaurant with my family today for lunch. One of the bowls of pho was not the correct size since we had requested for large. 3 out of the 9 dishes did not come out until 30 minutes after the other foods were served. We constantly asked the waiters when our food was going to come, but they kept disregarding it and told us to wait. After a bit, they messed up the orders and did not choose to apologize to us. My order was a simple banh mi tofu, and I requested no cucumbers and cilantro in them since I was allergic to them. But, we kept on asking for our dishes, and after a while, they had given us two dishes that we have requested. My sandwich came out fifteen minutes afterward, and, the thing is, it had the two things I requested not to have. We asked them to fix the mistakes, and then they came out after a minute with a "new" banh mi- which is so ridiculous since the other banh mi had taken 50 minutes to serve. When I went to eat it, I noticed my throat swelling up and breaking out into hives. They only took out the two things, and, crazy enough, there was cilantro still stuck on the sandwich. It is so ridiculous how the waiters took care of this situation. Not only did they pretend to not serve us, they still messed up my order and proceeded to give me an allergic reaction to my food. The staff friendly and efficient. Service was prompt. The broth is good. A little sweet for my taste. I prefer a heavier ginger flavor. The egg rolls again had a little while sweet ness as well but overall good flavor. I look forward to returning to try more menu items. The flavors are a little milder and sweeter than I prefer that why I give it a 4 not a 5. Wish I could do a 4.5. I say try it out. It is good. I eat a lot of Vietnamese food typically pho. So I am definitely preferential in the restaurant s I choose. But this one I’ll keep on the list. I consider it a fall back if I can’t go to my top 3 pics in Katy/west Houston area. Atmosphere is...

The service was horrible! We were seated promptly as we waited for our drinks and food to be taken. The booth that was across from us was seated after us and received service quickly. Once the waitress took the other customers order she then realized were seated with our menus. We didn’t even get asked for drinks but if we were ready to order. Food arrived fairly quickly, I will give them that. My daughter did enjoy her P10 pho but NOT once did they check on us. So we never received drink refills or if the order was correct.
