THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!

The manager was rushing us to buy stuff and have the attitude asking me “you tried so many things and not buying anything?”. My friend and I came in the store today, and I was helping her to find some stuff. We were trying different brands because we have no idea what she should pick. Even though my friend didn't tell which one she wanted, the manager insisted on handing her a new box assuming my friend would buy it.

The manager ended asking me “you tried so many things and not buying anything?” when she cant find the cushion shade I wanted and that’s the only thing I wanna buy.

WOULD NEVER COME BACK TO THIS...

This small but cute cosmetic shop next to H-Mart is worth checking out--especially since their prices are slightly better than the neighboring beauty store. They carry a solid range of popular and trending K-beauty products, and I was able to find everything I was looking for.

On my first visit, the sales associate was welcoming and helpful, happily answering my questions. Unfortunately, on my second visit, the service felt more standoffish. It seems like customer experience here can be a bit hit or miss--I just wish the service was more consistently friendly.

I came here on a whim looking for products to help my acne prone skin. OMG I found sooo many products at affordable prices. Sometimes they may be a little pricier but I’d rather pay the extra now than wait a month or longer for packages from Korea or Hong Kong for a little bit cheaper products. All the ladies who work there (Elizabeth, Melissa, Jacqueline) are very knowledgeable and so friendly. I took many of their recommendations and my skin is drinking everything up! There’s a ton on great products here. Not just skincare! And many on sale! Finally happy to have Korean skincare in Katy. I will definitely be coming back to...
