They had their grand opening today (Jan 7). I drove by earlier and saw that the store had lots of cars parked around it during lunch time, so I was super excited to try them out!
I came back during Dinner time and there were a couple of cars parked nearby and some customers ordering to-go when I entered. Two families were dining in, but it seemed that most of their orders were to-go. The owners and their workers greeted me right when I entered and we're super friendly. The gave me a menu and invited me to sit down to look it over before I ordered. I chose the large Pho Tai and Pho Tai Bo Vien to go. They brought me some sweet tea to drink while I waited.
The interior of the place is really nice, with tables and booth halves for families. The had a TV and music playing over the speakers and lots of seating outside, too.
The broth was delicious, with a strong star anise flavor and maybe some cinnamon, too? The meatballs were really good, too, and I would definitely recommend them! The Tai meat was thickly cut and my broth wasn't hot enough to cook it thoroughly and it ended up too chewy, but that's on me as I should have heated the broth up more to fully cook the meat.
There were ample noodles in the large bowl and I was able to share with my toddler, too. The greens were very fresh and we were given a ton to use. We were also given extra shrimp chips as a bonus! I am not sure if it was because it was a grand opening special or if it's always complimentary. They were gone in a heartbeat! So good!
I want to come back to try their com/bun thit/bo/ga nuongs and a dish that sounded like Bo Be, and their special oxtail soup soon!

Maybe Iâm used to a certain style of pho, but for me it was like they took one cup of pho broth and added four cups of water. The broth had no taste or smell at all. I asked my parents if maybe this the mien trung (middle vietnam) style and they said no it was very bland. The picture of the bowl is how I left it to go home to eat something else.
Our water cups were filthy. It wasnât hard water spots. Itâs was dirty.
My parents ordered two different pho orders and were given the same.
I asked for hanh Tran nuoc beo (green onion in pho fat) and hanh giam (onions in vinegar). They didnât have it. I asked when I didnât get it and they said they donât have it. If you know pho, they have to have nuoc beo, unless you ran out. I went early, so no way they can run out.
Lastly, the menu says filet mignon. You see the meat. That is eye round. If youâre out of filet, which idk how you could be when HâEâB and Kroger is down the street, let your...

The egg taste fresh and not reheated like in some other places. I wish I could have taken a picture but I was too hungry and the food smelled good.
