Taco Bell — Restaurant in Texas

Absolute worst taco bell I have visited in the country, in my life of 42 years. It's like a sad joke how bad it is, it's bad every time I have gone, but the last time which was quite a while ago, there were probably 10 to 12 people waiting for food and the staff couldn't have cared less, the ones who were actually working were working at a dying snails pace... literally, I've never seen people care so little. I would have talked to the manager, but I couldn't tell who it was. I'm pretty sure it wasn't the two boys in the back who were filling up a latex glove with water until it popped while people were waiting for food, they hid from me when they made eye contact... it could have been one of the three guys who walked out to their car for 5 or so minutes WHILE PEOPLE WERE WAITING FOR THEIR FOOD! and came back smelling like weed, but who actually knows? No one would even come to the counter to talk to the customers. Then, when the girl handed me my soggy food, she had an energy that said " Stop, inconveniencing me, customers are so ick," so I just took my food and left. If that is an accurate representation of what our countries future looks like, we're screwed. The only reason I gave this sad establishment one sta is because I couldn't give it a negative five-starr. Would not recommend to my worst enemy, ever, for any reason. This place has the worst customer service ever . I would given it a complete ZERO if I can.completely disrespectful, the young lady that was there was horrible and had a bad attitude, I asked for my receipt on a $60 order and she replied with they didn’t have paper , then asked for Hot sauce and she said they didn’t have any and slammed the DT window on me and my wife , As we are pulling out of the drive thru I see through the window that they do have trays of hot sauce so I decide to go inside and YES I see a lot of hot sauce right after the young lady told me they didn’t have NO hot sauce at all , NOT ONCE was I acknowledge I was completely ignored I stood there for about 10 min No one helped me I asked for a manager I was ignored I asked for the young lady name she said I don’t have to answer u I don’t have to give u my name told me to get the F out and started laughing at my face along with the other young workers that where there . I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS TACO BELL AGAIN . DO NOT waste your time by going to FM 1093 Richmond/Fullshear location. Unless of course you like being turned away, due to a “Nationwide outage and can only make DoorDash orders.” And per the rude guy running the drive-thru 6-20-22 @ 7:30p.m. his words exact, “Yes it’s a nationwide outage. Why are you asking me why the computers are down? You need to leave!” Guess the punk doesn’t realize me and the 4 cars in front of me he turned ALL away, one by one, ordering ultimately keeps a paycheck in his pocket. Went onto the next location, 5640 W Grand Parkway S.Richmond just to see if could get a clear explanation as to why DoorDash was essentially “running the show” for Taco Bell.
