I normally don't do reviews like this because being in the food industry myself i get how things aren't always as easy as people think the job is but tonight I was extremely shocked by not only the food I received and the service of the workers. I had a very simple order, that i was getting for a friend that hadn't ate since early this morning, it was a double cheeseburger ONLY ketchup, large fry, COKE, and a 4 piece nugget no sauce. Ordering process went fine short, and simple, easy, although the girl taking my order wasn't extremely friendly but I get it no biggie, as I get to pay the girl made a comment over the headset to the other employees about me i heard it plain as day, so ok young girl just being a brat fine whatever i pay, say thank you she says nothing to me, I pull up to get my order the kid at that window didn't even greet me, didn't say anything, handed me the drink, the lighting was very dark but it was the right size so I just put it in the cup holder not really looking at it, shouldn't have to, then he handed me my bag with basically his back turned towards me and shuts the window, no thank you or anything. Ok so I was a little annoyed but tried to be understanding because I've been there some nights suck but go to deliver the food to my friend and realized the coke I ordered was a powerade.... then the double cheeseburger ONLY ketchup was a double cheeseburger only pickle, my friend hates pickles, the fries were cold and then the nuggets I had got for myself to bring a treat home for my dog, they were so dry and gross she tried to chew one and couldn't, she wouldn't even eat them. Read moreThis was the worst experience I've ever had at any McDonalds my entire life. When we walked in, we were able to walk directly up to the counter and place our order with no delay. We were a group of 10 with three separate orders amongst us. After about 25 minutes my father finally got his salad delivered yet the other nine of were still waiting for food. A couple minutes later my order was delivered and the waitress apologized for the delay. However the third order for my group was still missing in action. In fact my father and our food was completely consumed before the other order was completed. one member in my party went up to the counter and complained that it's been 30 minutes since they ordered their food. there was several other customers in the waiting area getting refunds and also bickering that they have been waiting for a half an hour with staff. When it was all said and done their food was way over cooked and not good. We were offered a coupon for one free drink amongst the ten of us. that was such a generous offer considering we were traveling to Denver and only on a stop in this town and at this location. Considering the coupon for the free drink was only good at this local and other area McDonald's it was basically worthless and an insulting offer. Read moreThe owner needs to take notice and get in here and fire a bunch of people. We were deciding on an order with the app and were standing at the counter a while when someone working food prep came up to see if we needed help. We told her we were working on a mobile order and thanked her for being the first to check on us. The app continued to give us problems, so we tried getting the manager's and other workers' attention who were standing around in a gaggle just talking and looking at phones. They didn't come up once they saw us as we were asking if someone could come help us. The manager whistled at the girl who checked on us before, even though she was the only person actually working on food to come help us! She tried helping us with the app, though that's not something they're trained in, but she finally helped us check out at the register, giving us the app deals. She soon hand-delivered our bag of food to us. I didn't catch her name, but I am grateful for her work ethic. To top it off, as we were walking out, an employee was coming into the dining area looking at his phone and we surprised him by wishing him a good evening - to which he acted startled and gave absolutely no reply.
