McDonald's — Restaurant in Keizer

Went threw the drive thru ordered 2 cheese burgers 1 mcchicken with LIGHT mayo and a large drink and medium fries. Drove the first windo paid, drove to the next one and lady handed my drink first waited couple min and gave me my food. I was driving back to woodburn so I quickly checked I had what I ordered and I did. The top fries were really hot made me think they just got them out of the fryer, gave my son 2 fries when I got to the stop sign by target I reached to give him more fries and they were cold?! I was confused some were really got and some were cold! I then unwrapped The McHicken and notice the lettuce was very messy falling from the mcchicken, when I took a bit it had sooo but I mean soo much mayonnaise! When I asked for light mayo! The lettuce was socked in mayo that’s how bad it was I was already on 99e or I would of turned around and if I called what would they say? “Sorry”?! Oh and to mention the large drink had ice when I got it n by the time i got to 99e it was all melted and no my heater was not on. Worse service ever and would not recommend...

I had the worst experience today I went to McDonald’s just to get two drinks for me and my sister there was no one in line. The guy told me to wait but it took forever just to take my order and and when I pull up to the window, he opened the window really rudely and said oh just these two drinks he took my card very hardly off my hands he was with another person and he took forever to give me back my card and I don’t know why they took forever. I understand if they are training but come on I only order two things then I pulled up to the second window and they took forever just to give me two drinks and I told the guy I need to speak to a manager because the kid pulled my card very hardly and everything seems off The manager looked at me with a blank face like she didn’t really care then she said that they were multitasking but there was no one there they weren’t even busy for them to take forever to give me my two drinks seemed really off. This Mcdonalds is the worst i have ever been to. My hubby and i live down the street so we have stopped by from time to time for their dollar coffee. We have noticed the employees are always rude and seem annoyed with everything as well as incompetent. Now we dont expect great quality from mcdonalds but we do expect to get what we ask for in it .This is the 4th time now that we have gone through the drive thru here and they put fake sweetener in our coffee rather than actual sugar like we asked. Last time we were there and this happened we complained and they told us they had run out of regular sugar. Why would you not tell the customer that?? That was about a month ago. Are they still out of regular sugar now?? This is implausible as well as unacceptable for any restaurant let alone a franchize as large as mcdonalds. After today we are done. Hopefully others will read this and avoid this particularly...
