Terrible experience from the start. Both employees on phone while customer in chair waiting for her order. I ordered my pizza and bites. Cashier started making my crazy puffs after touching cash register and me paying and did not wash hands no gloves I asked him if he washed his hands he apologized and asked if I wanted him to make new ones I said yes please other employee saw and put on gloves and continued to make crazy puffs with gloves. I was waiting to get their attention to tell them that is unacceptable and I do not want them unless they start over with gloves but did not even look at me. As I waited I watched the employee who had no cutsomer service constantly be on her phone. By the time my food was ready another customer entered the store and although we both said excuse me neither responded until the cashier finished what he was doing and washed his hands before coming up. When I was handed my food I told the employee I did not want the puffs, just the pizza, I told her I’m sorry but it’s not ok I’ve worked at little Caesar’s as my first job and it’s unacceptable. She got visibly annoyed turned around and told her coworker the cashier that was also making food to please get this lady or woman out of here etc… after both of them chatting the cashier came up and gave me a full refund. I told him I’m sorry I don’t want to be that person but it’s not ok. I told him I can pay for the pizza (even though it’s questionable if it was done with clean hands or gloves) but he just said my refund would go back on my account. Read moreUpdate 7/7/16 We dared to come back again because we moved to the Kent area and it was on our way home. We called, ordered ahead, go there within 10 min. No problem. We ordered 2 Hot & Ready's: Pep, and Pepperoni Cheese Bread. Everything was undercooked. The dough was raw and doughy on both pizzas and the pcb. We called to complain and all we got was attitude from the teeny boppers who worked there. I asked for them to take my info down so there would be no miscommunication if we came back for a new free order, since they buggered up this one; instead I got a bitchy little girl who answered the phone and had horrendous customer service skills. When you bugger up your customers order, you do what you can, within reason, to fix it. They showed no interest in doing so. Looks like we nees to find a new pizza joint to give our business to, because this place obviously doesn't want it. They don't even deserve a full star.
Everytime I've ordered here my order had been taken down wrong. I've asked for Pepperoni Cheese Bread and gotten Cheese Bread twice in its place. This time they gave us what I thought was my order and when I called to complain about the mix up that I had to wait for, they said my order was ready after i had just picked up an order that wasn't even mine. They didn't put cheese on it like she asked for and then they charged her for an extra pizza which she didn't want. The kids in the back who were working were cussing and you could hear them up front. On top of all that happening two orders that came after ours. Where done before ours. So I couldn't take it back because they were closed. When I went to see if they could fix the problem Because I couldn't just go back and get it fixed that same night. So we had to eat what we got made for us. When I went back with my receipt which was a little crumbled from being in my pocket. I tried to explain to the manger what happened and she was extremely rude to me and totally would not let me explain what I want to find out. I wanted to see if she would replace the order for us. She wouldn't even let me explain what I wanted and then she said NO I WON'T REPLACE YOUR ORDER along with a few other words. I left in tears because she was so rude to me and.
