We used to drive from Jeffersontown to Brownsboro road to visit the first Which Wich pretty regularly. We like that they're different than your average quick-sandwich place. The other night we heard that this location had opened, and that was all we needed. No longer did we need to drive 20 minutes to get to a Which Wich!
When we arrived on a Sunday morning we were the only customers in the restaurant, so I opened the door with a little flair and proudly announced "I'm HERE!". I was immediately greeted with "YES, you are, and we're glad!". GREAT way to start a restaurant visit!
One of the things I like about Which Wich is how you place your order. Yes, it may take a little longer because you have to write your name in fill in some circles, but it's worth the effort. If you have any questions the staff is very willing to help. Filling out your order on a brown paper bag not only helps you customize your order, but also cuts down on time spent at the register and cuts down on mistakes. For my money, the Wicked is the way to go.
The decor at Which Wich is sparse and bright, with yellow being the prominent color. The furniture is a wood-and-metal motif with standard size tables and high-tops. The music overhead is Which Wich radio, which (that sounded redundant, didn't it?) is a very good selection of popular music from multiple decades. Personally, I tabled danced when my current favorite song ("No Roots" by Alice Merton) played.
Our food was delivered quickly and was prepared exactly how we filled in the circles. The Wicked is an amazing sandwich, and it does not let you down. (so good, in fact, it was worth mentioning twice). Extra points for having Pibb Extra on the drink fountain!
We saw 4 people working on this visit, and at some point each of them talked to us. All in all, it was a great visit and I'm glad to have a location closer to home. Not only will we be back, but we'll...
Read moreFirst time eating at this place, I walked in wasn't greeted or welcomed, no one was at the register to place my order. Turns out YOU have to place your order yourself by going up to the "menu wall", select a template and check mark on the template what you'd like to eat and then bring that to the register, After that the employees will then acknowledge you.
Once I placed my order, I got chips and drink(Regular) I wasn't handed a cup(so once again I had to serve myself) Not knowing which one to choose I just grabbed the smallest one, hopefully it was the correct one I paid for.
My food came out incredibly greasy, it was wrapped in aluminum foil, underneath that was another paper wrapper soaked in more grease and stuck to my sandwich. Peeling it off and trying my best to get the little pieces of left behind paper was fun to do.
All in all, terrible customer service no instructions for new customers on what to do to order. Multiple customers including myself had to ask other customers what to do, food was mediocre, I might come back when I'm drunk and want...
Read morePlaced ONE order for a total of $26.50
Arrived at the restaurant and they said I had placed two of the exact same order and charged me twice, for a total of $53
I explained to the workers working the register, I did not order two of the exact same order nor did I want both. They said they couldn’t offer a refund and only person who would be able to do that was the owner. Mitesh “Mike” Patel.
They attempted to reach him by phone, he responded to them by text saying he was too busy to talk. Then instructed them to tell me there was nothing that could be done, too bad, pay twice what you agreed to.
Will be disputing this with my bank and reporting this to corporate. Hourly workers did what they could, but Mitesh Patel couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum of customer service.
Work in the area, dine here multiple times a week. This was the first time I actually signed up for the rewards account. Will be deleting rewards account and never dining at this...
