Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Kerrville

OK to start off with I’d like to say that keep in mind that this is one of the only ice cream shops that is a national chain that is in Kerrville. And I’m deeply disappointed with the cleanliness of that place of establishment a place of business where people should feel really good about going into enjoy an ice cream or a doughnut. Based on my experience this weekend I was appalled at the service I received and the cleanliness of that establishment. I think that I would strongly recommend to whatever district manager because I spoke with the store manager and she had nothing but excuses for all of the flies in the window the food on the countertops floors that look like they haven’t been mopped in days and the only thing that we got was an excuse. Also, it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon and there were no donuts this is Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. There were no toppings. The lady that was working the counter informed us that they didn’t have three of the toppings that we were looking for we are talking about a business that is running in the middle of Kerrville which I saw that there were a lot of people transporting in that area but based on the reviews, I don’t think I would’ve stopped there either except for I didn’t take a look at the reviews. The last time I went into that business it looked wonderful. The service was excellent. The the young lady that attended us also tried to do the best that she can, but had no clue what was going on as I said before I spoke with management and she had nothing but excuses as to why things weren’t done things weren’t clean things no donuts in the window. She had already made donuts twice that day. She was tired and it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon and so they had maybe a dozen donuts inside their windows. Definitely somebody needs to step up in Kerrville and get this business under some...

This location is not that old but has already gone downhill. Why do businesses in Kerrville do that? They had 12 ice cream bucket areas empty. They only have 24 total. The place was dirty and run down looking inside. If I were the manager, I would have a cleaning schedule that everyone would have a part in on every shift. There is always lull times.
