Burger King — Restaurant in Kerrville

(WORST RESTAURANT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!)

I usually don't post reviews on burger joints, but this is an exception due to how ridiculous! The employees and manager have to be some of the worst I have ever dealt with in all the restaurants that I have ever visited from fast food to high end! The people here couldn't get my order right until the 4th attempt with me telling them exactly what they needed to do, and this included the manager! What was my order? A mustard whopper combo without tomatoes. ( extremely complicated for these people! ) The employees didn't know what a mustard whopper was, and they were arguing about how to make one! ( At this location the "impossible" whopper is the one that is made correctly! ) If I truly state what I think about this, my review will be removed.

All I will say is I believe my pet cat understands what I say far better and the outcome would be substantially better as well!

Unless you have extreme patience and the ability to deal with intellectually challenged people, I advise going elsewhere, or you may "blow a fuse!" I did and came the closest to cussing restaurant employees ever in my life! My family will never go back here even...

Ordered in drive through, and had to wait to be acknowledged for over 5 minutes to order at the speaker with other cars in front moving forward. During the ordering process, every time I mentioned a meal number it was acknowledged and added to the screen and was told final total at the window. At the window was told a co-worker did not take down order and had to re-order at the window even though my drinks were ready and waiting. Paid, was not provided copy of receipt. Was told to pull around and wait outside of restaurant and order would be brought to me. Waited another additional 20 mins for food, when food was brought out we asked for straws since they were not provided. The girl who brought it out acted like it was an unreasonable request to go back inside and grab a couple of straws for us and our kids. After we got the straws we got back on the road just to find inside the bag was the completely wrong order, incorrect receipt showing that we were given a different order and kids meals were not included. The complete botching of the order and horrible attitude and way were treated was not warranted and will definitely not...

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich that I have ordered many times before. It always had lettuce and tomato with some yummy dressing, maybe mayonnaise. I was asked if I wanted the classic sandwich or the one with lettuce and tomato. I asked for the one with lettuce and tomato. I ordered one in a meal and then ordered a second sandwich only stressing that I wanted the one with lettuce and tomato. When I got home with the sandwiches, they both were a chunk of fried chicken breast with only sauce and pickles on a bun. I don't like pickles and was not expecting the thick chunk of chicken breast. It barely fit the bun and was awkward to eat. It was so thick. What happened to my old chicken sandwich? I was already late, so didn't have time to return the sandwiches.
