Whiskey's on Main — Restaurant in Ketchum

Very unfriendly service staff. A couple of the orders were messed up. As the gal brought out the corrected order, she literally slammed the plate down and made a rude comment. We could not figure out why she was so unfriendly until we watched her taking shots behind the bar while working as a server. Not a kind or warm place. :( To the owner in regards to your response to my review: We called ahead and asked if we could bring kids in for dinner and to watch the NCAA game. You guys said that would be fine. We arrived shortly thereafter and ordered right when we got to the table. At the exact same time all of our meals arrived (9:25 pm) the server told us that we needed to go! This was the first we had heard of this. Why would she have ever even allowed us to order? I asked her why she did not share this before we ordered the 10 meals? She stated she had lost track of time. At the very same moment she told us it was the law that kids needed to be out, she slapped the bill on our laps. We had not even finished our first bite. I told her I thought it was tacky. We walked in at 7:45pm on a Sunday evening and the first thing we were told was that the kitchen closes in 10 minutes. No problem! We grabbed menus. Sat ourselves, and quickly decided what to order. No waiter. No waiter. I finally went to the bar to place our food order in time. At 8:25, no food yet. Two servers came over to check what our order had been. We told both of them ( a Burger, Garlic Fries, and Spinach salad with Chicken). By 8:35 food came- yay! The garlic fries and the burger were good! We ordered tots with the burger and got fries instead. And, the spinach chicken salad, which was listed as an entree and cost $11, was smaller than the fries appetizer and drenched in olive oil, rendering is almost inedible. Overall, super disappointing and super slow to get our food. Also felt unwelcome walking in at 7:45pm. The servers were nice.... when they came around. Very disappointing for these...

Brianna was awful. I went in for happy hour with my co-workers. I asked ahead of time if the tacos were garnished with cilantro or onion, she said no. I was served 3 tacos. I took 1 bite and the taco had onion - no biggie. I cordially addressed the problem to her and she apologized & brought me back 2 tacos instead of 3. I told her I was missing a taco and she rolled her eyes & gave me attitude saying, "I assumed you ate the 1". Why would I eat a WHOLE taco I don't like? And why not check and count was was handed back to you? I also ordered a $5 Tito's mule and when I got my bill it was $7.50 yet everyone else in my table was charged only $5. The experience was unpleasant. She legitimately found it hard to take responsibility for her own mistakes. I hope the fact that I still tipped in good karma made her...
