Food is amazing, employees are rude. I love this place and stop by any time Iâm in town visiting. I ordered food and took a single table in a back corner and worked while I ate as I was stranded without a car for a bit. I ended up staying a couple of hours - because I didnât have a car and it was cold outside! Even at the busiest time there was plenty of seating for all the customers, plus some to spare. I made sure to be aware of this as I didnât want to be rude and take up space for others. Had it gotten super busy and people needed my single table - I wouldâve left. I was there for a couple of hours, but not one employee asked me to leave, or asked if I needed anything, or even looked my way. As I was packing up my computer I heard an employee say âshe shouldâve left a long time ago.â SO rude. Then as I walked to the door I heard the two employees talking again about me finally leaving. If it was such an issue that I was there quietly taking up a single back table while there were plenty of open tables, someone shouldâve told me to leave.
Tip - if youâre going to talk bad about your customers (as well as a co-worker which they did for all to hear) do it in the back where customers canât hear you. And if it really bugs you that a paying customer sits at a table longer than you think they should (even with plenty of open tables for others!) kindly ask them to leave instead of talking crap and...

Iâm not a wrap fan. Never have been, probably never will. Iâve visited Wrapcity three times. The wraps are tasty enough, but not worth driving out of my way.
Statistically speaking, a wrap is proportional to a burrito. Same idea, different inners. But here, the flavor factor (F) seems to be consistently less than advertised. Every wrap Iâve tried underdelivers on the promised flavor profile, and they all suffer from a dryness variable that lowers the overall enjoyment quotient.
Many locals sing Wrapcityâs praises, but for me, the flavor equation doesnât balance. They need to stick closer to the authentic ingredients and bold tastes they advertise, or risk being just a marketing neat idea without the...

Didnât acknowledge my existence while standing in front of the register for seven minutes finally just gave up and sat down just to have somebody else come in and as soon as they got to the register they took their order. Then once I got my food, they didnât ask if I needed anything else. Threw me my burrito and sent me on my way. I asked for sour cream and salsa and they said do you want more because itâs already on there. Even though their menu doesnât show it. Please teach them customer service and etiquette if working in a...
