Our experience with the delivery service for Domino's in Key West was a very much undesirable one. The pizza (when we finally received it 2 hours after we ordered) was delicious. The first time we ordered we received an email stating "the delivery was not what we hoped it would be" and to claim some great offer online. The link did not work so I tried using the app. We did not get any deal. We ordered for a second time anyways. The driver got lost and took the pizza back to the store. They called and said we had entered the wrong address and clearly it was the same hotel as the night before. The manager (or whoever) was on the phone started to argue with me. I verified the correct address and asked if our pizza was now going to be cold. He said he would heat it up. I said thank you and would appreciate any discount for our convenience. Read moreHorrible customer Service! On 7/26/19 I orders some pizza, wings and a sandwich at approximately 9:26 pm. I didn’t receive my food until 11 something pm!! When my food arrived it was cold and pizza looked like it was sitting for a long time . Sandwich was cold wings where cold just plan horrible! I called and complained and it was too late to accept another delivery at that point we my family was tired ready for bed. The manger offers a credit. Which today I called and they had to go back and fourth to figure it out. So they decided to give me a feee medium pizza and a sandwich. Read moreWho ever the male manager on duty today (Dec 3rd 5pm) is very rude and unprofessional! Picked up pizzas and pastas last night for our drive back to Miami. As soon as I said “I had a problem with my order “the manager barked back “nothing was wrong with the order because i boxed it”. I said that there was something wrong, that the food tastes horrible! But i told him i was now in Miami, after a long drive back and being exhausted, I asked him why he was being so rude from the get go and asked for the manager. And again loudly again with attitude he tells me he is the manager. He then asks me what I want him to do, I ask for a refund and he says no that’s not possible! Excuse me?!
