Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Key West

Everytime I go there they forget to put one of the ingredients in my sandwich. They can never get my order right and on top of it the skinny kid with bleached hair that at cash register always has something to whisper to his coworker when I am there. So rude! Its obvious he is talking about me and its so disrespectful!!! And I am an idiot who always leaves them tip!!! For what, to get my order wrong and disrespect me?! Which is an other annoying thing! Tips are for services and those are not provided here!! Weighters who come, clean my table, bring glass of water, take my order and bring it to my table and again clean after and check if I need anything. While here I approach to get order and they mess it up everytime, plus they always whisper between them or speak with low voice, again, VERY RUDE! Service charge should NOT be asked by system, that is RUDE, put a box or a jar and if anyone wants to donate that is fine, but flashing tip request in my face is basically putting people on spotlight and indirectly shaming them if they dont leave a tip!! They sent out coupons that don’t work on the app. I called in and the manager said no problem as the promo code was not set up right. I read him the code and he said fine. Made my order, drove 15 minutes to get my order and he had it ready and said $32 for two sandwiches and which did not include the promo code. I said we talked about it on the phone. I did some propane work over there and decided to stop by and show my support. I’m actually very impressed by how efficiently the crew there was working together. There were about 7 or 8 people ahead of me in line. Total time spent inside was about 8 minutes, and most of us were ordering hot sandwiches. The bacon chicken ranch sandwich was surprisingly good for how quickly it was made. Definitely recommend trying them out. Really hope they start making breakfast sandwiches in...
