Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kingman

Bad news. Petro, #315 Kingman Az. Gst.#115 - posting on WWW because receipt Survey Validation Code was all dashes/ blank. Lady with grey hair streaks was plain "rude". I'm sorry we stopped there. There's another Dunkin 5 miles further, I know now and if you are reading this, you will too. Picked up 2 bags of coffee, cashier asked if its buy 2 get 1 free. "Rude" woman not unless we are advertising it! Ordered 2 bagel twists, received 1. Ordered caramel macchiato and plain coffee, received an awefully bitter carmel macchiato and no coffee! After waiting for coffee, i had to ask 3 times if the coffee was coming and "Rude" woman said there was only 1 coffee. I showed the receipt and sure enough. It wasnt on there. $36.45, you would have thought she would say, i can ring you up 1 if you'd like, but NO.... I can go back and wait in the long line again. I will NEVER stop at this Dunkin again. Customer Service is complete garbage. As soon as I pulled up to the drive thru the girl sounded like she hated her job and didn't wanna be there. Pulled up to the window and the skinny white girl with the nose ring had major entitled teenager-type attitude. Didn't even give me anything I ordered when I checked the box. When asked, she said they were out of what I ordered so they just threw in whatever (with straight attitude). Here's a thought, let the customer know instead of just handing them a box of random donuts thinking they'll just drive off without checking. Then she refused to give a refund. I recently visited the Dunkin Donuts at Kinsman en route to Vegas. Unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. The service I received was extremely disappointing and left me feeling frustrated.

The staff were not attentive or friendly. They were not welcoming or accommodating and seemed bothered by my presence.

They were not willing to accommodate changes to my drink requests and the response I recieved was the machine is calibrated a certain way and I cannot change it. Seriously?? Low on ice is calibrated? Or getting an slightly hotter coffee?? Starbucks seems way more accommodating.

Overall, my experience at this Dunkin Donuts was very disappointing. The service was slow, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will not...
