brought my laptop in for a reinstall of windows and to transfer data to an external drive. I called for a status update the following day and was told it was at "35% transferred". Only 3 days later, a separate representative called saying my hard drive was "missing" and asked if my laptop had been serviced elsewhere, and that my drive was probably stolen. Youre kidding right? Doesn't your techs know my primary drive is under the motherboard and the empty drive they saw was just a spare port? But yet, also what drive were they copying from when they said it was "35% transferred"? Even the bios screen states the drive was readable at 2TB. I feel sorry for customers out there that don't have this knowledge and are told these stories to from this Staples Tech store. Unskilled and untrained. How much training do your techs have? Needless to say, it was a waste of my time after waiting 5 days so I collected my laptop, got my money back and it seems Best Buy had no problem and was able to spot my drive. Best Buy also offers a $180 yearly plan where all these services are free with much better professionals that know what...
Read moreI hate this store. It used to be a pretty good office supply store until they decided to become a tech store instead. Now, especially with the new manager they brought in from the defunct Bullhead store, they can't do ANYTHING right. The print shop has destroyed prints that have been brought in for mounting, print orders have been done completely wrong or damaged in shipping (my last order had to be redone multiple times before they got it right). No one will assist you with anything any longer and everyone from the manager on down is really rude. The last straw has come when I went in the other day to purchase three ink cartridges for my photo printer that was working just fine. After installing the supposedly new cartridges they turned out to be bad and destroyed the printer head -- as a result I was out over $50 for ink that couldn't be returned and a $200 printer that couldn't be repaired. EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE TO VEGAS FIND ANOTHER OFFICE SUPPLY STORE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY OTHERWISE YOU ARE JUST THROWING TIME AND $$$...

When I go in, nothing was done nothing was prepared, and she did not even start my order. I came in from About 45 minutes away, Just to be told that they didn’t know what I was talking about. I tried reaching out to Angela via email asking about the miscommunication and why I just drove 45 minutes to get my tickets, And reminded her that she said that they will be done and ready for pick up that day over the phone.
