I would add zero stars. I needed help with my app to receive a promo about downloading the app and ordering through it to get a free sandwich. The girl there told me that she's never heard about it, that nobody gets a free sandwich right off the bat and that there wasn't anyone there that could help me with my app. That was not the problem, it's okay not to know everything all the time. The problem is while they were saying this to me she was laughing at me with her friend and looking at me like I was an idiot. That was uncalled for. I already called corporate as well, because for a company that is trying to get people to join the app and get more customers, the service should really do better than that and have a better team working under you. I have had visited many places where the people simply did not know how to provide customer care, but this experience is by far the worst I've ever been part of because they were deliberately insulting and belittling. Me and my family will never order from Jersey Mike's again and make sure our friends and family-friends know how you treat...
Read moreJersey Mike's got to have some sort of procedure to ensure freshness of their bread. I ordered an Italian as usual, got it home and the bread was like a crispy crumbly brick. This was the second time this has happened. The bread most definitely was sitting out for a long time exposed to the environment. I mean I paid, I think 13 something for the sandwich and a couple of dollar tip and they have no way of ensuring that I'm not getting a Krispy crumbly brick for bread? I called to ask how they ensure that their customers get fresh bread. The girl on the other end said that"our bread is usually fresh." I mentioned that the dude that chose my bread handles bread all day long. And he should be able to tell whether or not the bread is getting old. I'm assuming the dude just didn't care because if I was handling bread all day I definitely would have been able to tell if it was old or not.So I asked her what can I do as a customer to make sure I'm not going to get a Krispy crumbly brick for bread? She said"ask for the freshest piece...
Read moreThe employees were extremely rude, stared at yet not acknowledged. When making sandwiches workers were very dismissive and didn’t even ask what toppings we would like. They didn’t have the bread that was requested, and had little topping options to offer. Food preparation surfaces looked dirty and were concerning. I wasn’t sure if I should even eat this, even though why would I want to? No mayonnaise or anything because they didn’t bother to ask. Extremely overpriced for the sad excuse for a sandwich that I was given. Also, I’m pretty sure eating it made me sick. Although, I’m surprised after witnessing an employee putting back a topping off of another customer’s sandwich since they asked for it removed. Not to mention, once again, the dirty working conditions. Please clean your establishment and work on employee training. I would like to be treated as a customer and guest, not an annoyance to the workers. Probably won’t be coming back, and I recommend you...
