Pal's Sudden Service — Restaurant in Kingsport

Great food! Cleanest resturant in town! Friendly organized staff. The majority of the so called fast food restaurants in Kingsport could and should learn from Pals! These folks do it all right! I don't see a timer in the drive through window here that the staff keep resetting to keep their customers service numbers up! I do see properly trained orgainzed team inside every Pals, and each of those people know what their role is and how to do it correctly. To all the other fast food restaurants quit lying to yourself and your management. The truth is your customer service stinks! Fix the problem! Get the staff you need, train them, get organized, and at least maybe stand a chance of getting close enough to see the bar Pals has set so high. Never have I been ask not once to pull forward or park to wait on...

I love this location and yes maybe fact that it's closer perfect route to School on home. The meals are first to tell even that so fast food open some of the favorites all family and they do their job. That's ride and it shows.set the main air atmosphere shows from hello to Goodbye. He never hear arguing yelling or anyone making a scene and any of them. This is how established meant should be ran and those abide by them should be noticed and recognized and to all pals. And please you raise the bar far above and beyond. Period thank you for doing what you do with others in mind. No matter what it is.because that is the trade that you'll need that will carry you through living...

This is the slowest pals by far of any of the rest. I worked at Pals for a few days when I didnt have a job and you are not supposed to take this long. I sometimes have to wait about 7 minutes and I know thats not acceptable to Pals or at least its not the one on Fort Henry dr. They were exceptional. But unfortunately this Pals is more close to my home and work. Please speed it up. If all the rest of the Pals can do it...
