Unfortunately, the experience at this restaurant is the worst I have had. When I came in i asked about the waiting time and I was told 15 minutes which was excellent! After, the 15 minutes passed we checked in for status and was notified that due to some unforeseen issues with take out orders it would be another 30 minutes. While this was inconvenient, we were drained from a day of hiking and decided to wait. After 45 min of waiting we again checked status and was told “30 minutes” nothing has changed, it’s still 30 minutes as if we hadn’t already waited.... In total, we waited an Hour and a half before the Manager came over to explain that while he could seat us it would be yet another 45 minutes before they would even get our food out. While I could see they had a situation on their hands and weren’t seating anyone, they never, not once tried correcting their mistake. What is most disappointing is that we weren’t informed earlier so that we could have chosen somewhere else to eat. We now have a 2 hour drive ahead of us and it’s 9:20 at night. I highly suggest that they be more courteous in notifying...
Read moreI was actually disappointed of this place. Located in the heart of Kirkland you'd expect more out of their service. As I entered the restaurant I was greeted by a gentleman. When I asked what's on the menu he didn't get a word in as another girl across the other end of the table was answering for him(maybe he was training)...cool but that didn't seem very professional. We sat down and I asked our server if the guys in the kitchen would cut the spinach up a little before they put it on the pizza. As I was talking he was nodding as he would be saying 'sure, we can do that' the next thing he says is "I'm sorry the kitchen is very busy tonight so we won't be able to do that." Mind you there are only MAYBE 4 small tables that are full and 3-4 people working in the kitchen. The whole service experience was very odd and seemed immature. Plus our pizza had no taste and it was burnt. We will not...
Read moreEverybody who's had Zeeks knows that it's one of the top pizza places in the area. They have multiple locations and the Kirkland location may not be their largest, but it certainly is not any less worth the visit than any of the others. Located in downtown Kirkland with lots of other stores and sites in walking distance, this is a place you must visit.
Definitely get a pizza but I highly suggest you start with a salad. The salads are absolutely fantastic.
The service is great. The restaurant is clean and there is plenty of seating. Lots of distance between tables so those with a walker or wheelchair will have no problem. Lots of televisions showing various sporting events, but the volume isn't so loud that you can't have a good conversation with the people you're with.
Highly recommend this place for fantastic Pizza and lots of...
