If I could put a zero star review I would. I usually go to this location to grab a quick coffee and I’m treated very nicely by staff, however I had the worst experience this morning. I went through the drive thru with my mom to get a coffee and something quick to eat. I paid and received my coffee and order. As I pulled into a parking spot I noticed that I was given the wrong order. The coffee seemed to be the right one so I just went in to get the food fixed. I stood in the lobby for almost 10 minutes and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged by any of the workers there, except for one female employee who kept glaring me down and rolling her eyes at me. I walked up to the counter and stood there until I caught eyes with an employee who came over and asked me how I could be assisted. I then nicely explained that I had just been through the drive thru and was given the wrong order. He asked what I had ordered and said it would be out soon and to step to the side until it was ready. I stood there for another 5 minutes and then was handed a bag. I checked it when I got to my car and noticed that I was given a cold bagel and a tub of cream cheese because they couldn’t be bothered to toast my bagel (which was what I ordered to begin with) and just threw everything into the bag haphazardly. I took a sip of my coffee and realized that it was bitter and also not what I had ordered even though it was labeled correctly. There was no flavoring added and all I was given was plain black coffee with milk. No sugar whatsoever. This was the most disappointing visit I have ever experienced at this location and will...

Visited this location on Sunday February 9th for an afternoon coffee while my partner and I ran some errands. Our total time in the Drive Thru was 13 mins for two iced coffee and a doughnut we didn’t get charged for with only one person a head of us who got one drink fairly quickly. When we rolled up to the speaker the order taker, a girl who we later learned wasn’t wearing a name tag or her MASK, was laughing at the person ahead of us because they apparently didn’t know how to order. So we place our order fairly easily. When we got to the window we had to re order our two drinks and doughnut because that was not put into the system when we ordered them. After 5 mins of making our coffees we finally get them and they of course forgot the doughnut because that was put into the system for the second time. Overall our order was correct, besides not getting charged for the doughnut, but the service was awful. The employees were not wearing their masks, they were extremely rude, and clearly didn’t know what they were doing. Will not being going back to this location ever again and I suggest that you don’t either. This place is the worst Their service sucks and they always run out of lattes I was there not too long ago and I believe her name is Jessica I placed an order through the drive through and checked it before I pulled off I ordered 1 coffee light and sweet got it and it was neither so I told the gentleman of he could please make it light and sweet he took the coffee and not sure what he added to it but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and drove off had another sip and it tasted the same I came inside and politely asked for my coffee to be light and sweet he went and got Jessica so he called her and she came out with the only attitude and said do you want your money back because the coffee is light and sweet I asked her to taste it several times she refused she kept badgering me if I wanted my money back and I replied I just want a coffee that's light and sweet and she proceeds to tell the same employee to remake the coffee....... Got my coffee still not sweet but I wasn't going to argue about it any more and left never coming here again this place just disappoints and cant seem to get it together the managers suck and can't hold a proper conversation don't come here not...
