I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and even with the recent changes in management, the staff has always met me with love and exceptional customer service. With the new management, I have been able to see the growth in their team and receive their amazing hospitality. Definitely gives “Mom and Pop shop“ vibes. Even when it’s crazy and orders get backed up, I’ve never seen any of them lose their cool but rather they stay calm and get the job done. I love this specific store location because I love each one of them. If you’re visiting out of town, definitely come to this one! When it’s spring, definitely get the Macha iced latte with the lavender foam or just get a Mocha cookie frappe. The new falafel’s are amazing as well as any of the egg bites.
The management here makes sure that while everyone is welcomed and made to feel that way, there is a level of accountability everyone should maintain to ensure that all people who enter are able to be comfortable during their visit. Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent experience at your Starbucks. After ordering the same drink I order every day from your store I noticed an issue with the drink’s preparation and so my mom went in and politely asked the barista for a remake. To my disbelief, the barista not only refused to accommodate my mom’s request but also responded with hostility and unprofessional behavior.
What escalated the situation further was the shift leader on duty, a girl of short blond hair, threatening to call the police on me—simply for requesting that my order be corrected in a polite and respectful manner. This was completely unwarranted, humiliating, and left me feeling harassed and deeply uncomfortable.
As a loyal and local Starbucks customer, I am both shocked and disappointed by this unacceptable treatment. I expect your team to uphold standards of courtesy, professionalism, and customer care.

Accessible location. Parking and drive thru available. Dirty and messy inside and in patio. Terrible costumer service on 10-29-22 @ around 7:00pm. Baristas have a terrible attitude. Caught them talking negatively about a customer (the person I came in with). My drink was made incorrectly twice and I was given attitude when I asked them to remake it again (telling me "coffee was made correctly in the first place"). We paid almost $15 for two coffees, we expect them to taste the way they are supposed to taste.
