We ordered from Marco’s Pizza on April 16, 2025, at 5:26 PM. Shortly after, we began receiving DoorDash notifications—even though we didn’t place our order through DoorDash. A man (not in uniform, no thermal bag, phone on speaker) delivered the food, and the pizza arrived cold.
We called the store and were told it’s “company policy” to use DoorDash when drivers aren’t available. Had we known that, we would not have ordered. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive, saying, “That’s on DoorDash. It’s not my problem, and I don’t care if you call corporate.”
To make matters worse, the DoorDash message said a driver named “Roxanne” was coming, but a man showed up instead—confirmed on our home security cameras. None of the boxes had safety seals, which raised serious concerns about food safety. We ultimately had to throw the food away.
Thankfully, we contacted the Marco’s Pizza location on Town Center Blvd, where we were fortunate enough to connect with Celeste, the general manager. One of her employees informed her of the situation, and Celeste personally reached out to us. She was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue. She clearly explained Marco’s policies, including the required safety seals and store responsibility for third-party deliveries—something the first location failed to do entirely.
Celeste runs her store the way every location should: smoothly, respectfully, and with true accountability. Because of her, we will only be ordering from the Town Center Blvd location going forward. The original location was a terrible experience from start to finish.
If you care about food safety and respectful service, avoid the other location and order from Celeste’s store on Town Center Blvd. She’s the reason we’re still willing to support...

If I have a negative experience at a restaurant I would normally just not return however….. my experience at this place was truly awful in most every way imaginable. (1) Did an order online for as soon as possible / delivery. Within moments of placing the order I got a notification that everything was normal and being prepared. 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes passed by and then I received a automated notification that the order was cancelled / refunded. (2) When I called them I was told they had run out of cheese however just a few moments before the telephone call they had been delivered fresh cheese therefore if I wanted to redo the order they could prepare it. Ummmm….. if that was the truth then why didn’t they simply do the original order? Why did they forcefully cancel the order and give me all my money back? (3) Looking back now, I should have known better. In that moment I decided to give them a second chance. My second order was cooked and delivered very quickly however my story only gets worse….. (4) I live about 5 minutes away from this location yet my so-called “freshly made” order was ice cold. And I do not mean slightly cold like it was sitting in the back of their car for a long period of time. I mean…. It was COLD! The cheese had congealed and was the sort of thing you could hold upside down without any pizza toppings falling off. In addition to everything else..... one of the pizzas had ants crawling all over it. SUMMARY: The overall experience was truly awful and I should have gone across the street to walmart to buy a frozen pizza instead. I am sorry to have to write such bad things but every step of the process went horribly wrong and I will not be giving my business to this...
Read moreI ordered food to be delivered directly from their website. Upon delivery I noticed I received only 4 out of 7 items and none of the 4 were mine. The name on the receipt said Kimberly instead of Khamiya. I tried to tell him the order was not mine and he act like he didn’t understand what I said so I called the restaurant several times was placed on a lengthy hold of over 15 minutes. The young lady kept answering and placing me on hold while already being on hold and finally when she was ready to actually speak, I told her I never got my order and that the driver delivered someone else’s meal she said I see your food still sitting here you can come pick it up but we can’t deliver. Oh really after I paid for it to be delivered plus a tip? Interesting not happening so she claimed her supervisor said we could get reimbursed for it instead of getting the food . Ok it’s been since Saturday where is my $75??
**update I still have yet to receive my refund. I have contacted the store manager directly Sam and he said I was refunded but it been 2 weeks and I have not received a penny back. He even reached out via email stating that if I was not refunded by Monday March 31st that I should respond to his email and he would personally contact his credit processor directly. It’s not April 6th and he never responded back to my email letting him know that I did not receive my refund for their screw up. Try to be patient with people but this is ridiculous. The first night of my family’s vacation was ruined because of this restaurant and they still have not tried to solve...
