Arby's — Restaurant in Knightdale

Today (8.6.2023) was my first time ever using the Arby's app. So I placed a mobile order on the app & chose a specific time while ordering, as I wasnt able to pickup right away. Well after I placed my order, it gave me an order number and i noticed pick up time said " ASAP ". So I Immediately called the store to let them know what happened, & I spoke to the manager. His name was Jordan . I was told told , " If they havent started making my food yet, when I get to the store, they would make it then. as I explained over the phone it would be a little while until I could pick up my food. Well, When I got to the store , Jordan, comes up and rudely says " sorry that was 30 minutes ago when I talked to you over the phone " . And then hands me my order of food and walks away. By this point , I'm now stuck with cold soggy food that was cooked and sitting out for 30 minutes. This is not okay , I'm not sure what has recently happened to this Arby's but you guys lost my service . And if I would have known he was going to do let my food sit out and obviously not tell anyone or employees about my order . I WOULD HAVE CANCELED MY...

Superior customer service experience this evening. I wanted to give high recognition to the man in the drive thru, I believe his name was Jonathan. My husband and I just stopped by the drive thru right before closing at 7:51pm (receipt DT317). We were greeted immediately & courteously, and even thanked for our business. We apologized for ordering so late (10 minutes before closing) and he could not have been more polite to us! Repeated our order back to us, asked us to kindly pull up so he could then bring the food out to our car (with the Jersey license plate). Even asked us if we wanted any sauces & went happily back inside to grab us a variety of them. Sir, we both thank you!! This is how it’s done folks. I’m constantly observing customer service at all establishments and his was executed to perfection. 100%. A+++ Only complaint was that we normally get the small fries, and I don’t recall them being extremely small as they were this time. Unless your small size has reduced. This place should be shutdown #1 because The staff which should bring good service, here sucks(they dont greet and they look mad look like they dont want to be there #2 everytime i go there, no customers there. #3 giving wrong orders and wait time is long for simple stuff. Went thru the drivethru young guy took order, when i got to the window, waited 7 mins and they needed to take my order again, then when i got the order i told the guy it was wrong, the guy just left the window then other girl came to the window, assume the mgr, apapoligize and offered a refund. I qccepted and kept the food. Then weeks later went to pickup a doordash, waited a little on purpose knowing they wouldnt have it..waited anyway, waited in the parking lot for like 10 min(mind you, no other customers inside) went inside and still had to wait for the order!! This place wont last long especially chickfila is beside them everyone should be fired except for the cook. I really wonder how many incorrect orders in doordash folks...
